I liked that it wasn’t far from the school we were visiting.
The staff weren’t friendly at all. We even tried to make conversation with several people and got nothing but straight faces. The building smelled like it wasn’t cleaned. I was afraid to even lay in the bed. The breakfast was awful, except for the bacon. Pastries weren’t fresh potatoes were hard, all of the juice was served warm. I asked for iced the waitress said she had to go get it from the back, when she came back with it, there was a dead bug in the ice/cup. The coffee tastes like old burnt smoke. Several guest complained about it. I was really shocked at my experience here. Hilton is one of my favorite hotels and this is the first bad experience. Never staying at this location again!

It’s in a good location, it’s basic but clean and well Kept. The outstanding feature of this place is the friendly, helpful and personable staff. Each person was welcoming and helpful. They are really the reason I’ve stayed there four times!

While booking we saw the breakfast was included and free but when we went to breakfast room picked a plate and food the front desk said my room doesn’t include breakfast we kept the plates there and left it was very insulting for us .

the location is far away from the city. no shop around if you wish to buy water or other things no shop around hotel locations. ı was very sorry I have choosen this hotel. they dont offer even 1 glass water but sell 0.5 ml water 3 dollar..
very shameful for hotel. water very important for life. you pay much money but no 1 bottle of water and no breakfest.
I said I am unhappy to choosen this hotel..

The prices of items in the lobby , drinks/snacks were way overpriced. Would be nice if items were a little more reasonable.
