Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were very clean.
Pillows were lumpy and had no structure to them. Food and toiletries in the lobby shop were ridiculously overpriced. Had to pay for breakfast too. Thermostat in room was hard to use and was not consistent.

During our one‑night stay, the room and hallway carpets were visibly stained and emitted a strong, stale odor. The bathroom had small hairs on the walls and ceiling, and the bedding was uncomfortable; one mattress had yellow stains that appeared to be urine. The in‑room phone was broken, preventing us from reporting issues. Overall, the room felt unclean and poorly maintained, which is disappointing for a Hilton property.
