Great location for buses to NYC. Clean venue. Staff super friendly
AC could get way too cold and was loud. Housekeeping didn’t top up the toilet roll so almost ran out. Snacks and drinks at reception way too expensive.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean. Parking on site was no problem. The breakfast was good. Overall great value. Met my expectations. Great location if you want to visit MetLife Stadium and the surrounding area. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times.

Look of the lobby with an open and bright space
I wish the room windows had full drapes to block out light and not the stupid faux fixed panels on the sides that look nice, but are not functional. The room we were given faced east and the window was only fully covered by a sheer drapery, letting in too much morning light. I didn't complain at the time because I figured all rooms would be similarly outfitted. We specifically selected this hotel to attended a concert nearby and have a place to stay for the night before driving back to Boston the next day. We got back late from the concert and were unable to sleep past dawn. I was disappointed because this design decision might have saved the company money, but this was at the expense of your customers' wellbeing and safety with having to drive a long distance without a proper night sleep. Also, the carpets in the lobby and hallway are very dirty and need a good deep cleaning or replacement. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed during your next renovation.

The regular Breakfast at most hiltons are included. This one was not. You had to pay extra for the hot foods, which I did and then had to wait for some food to be requested from 1 staff member for the all you can eat buffet. Very Confusing.
