The location to NYC which was the reason for our trip was really good.
The inside of our room was clean and didn't smell like Marijuana or cigarettes.
The front personnel were nice.
As soon as we arrived and walked through the front doors the smell of Marijuana was super strong. Get to the 3rd floor and the hallway smells like cigarettes. It made the building feel nasty.

The couch and bed were comfortable
I paid extra for having pets. I got the worst room. The shower rod was broken and flipped down, not able to hold the curtain. The door, to the bathroom, was busted, The window was broken. There was no light in the fan/light over the stove. There were broken toys and junk in the yard . It had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. So inside all the halls smelled awful.

Fridge was not working during entire stay, had to throw away some perishable items
Gas was not working for 1st 3 days
Utensils were provided later after asking repeatedly
