The staff was amazing, the room was very clean, and the parking was convenient.
I honestly can’t remember anything I would have preferred. I’d stay there again and again. No issue sticks out in my head.

Comfortable, spacious rooms (some with a view), friendly staff, clean facilities, and nicely situated with a Walmart and food places nearby.
I ended up with an unexpected WiFi charge because I entered my room number on the WiFi log in page. It's typical for hotels to ask for your name or room number to confirm you're actually a guest so I thought nothing of it. But apparently you're "supposed to" scroll past the sign in and click guest at the bottom, which doesn't really make any sense. In what scenario would a customer elect to be charged for the same WiFi they can get for free? I hope this is fixed.

Property was a good location
The property incorrectly ran my card for a night that was not owed. I stayed 3 weeks ago and still have received the refund. They have not explained what the charges were that I was charged incorrectly for. They are saying they refunded it but it wasn’t the card they ran that it says they refunded. I would never come anywhere near this property. They wouldn’t even acknowledge it until I made a review. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else in the future.

I had a great stay at this hotel in North Bergen! Everything was super good – the parking was convenient, the breakfast was nice with a decent variety, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.
The only thing that could be improved are the pillows – they were uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again!

The parking and location were very convenient. The breakfast was good and I like that there was a gym on site.
Our Check-in process was a little complicated, we booked through booking.com but they could not find my reservation. It took us about 30 minutes to figure out my reservation and check in.
