This hotel offered a great-sized room that allowed us to enjoy the evening after spending all day sightseeing. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. Parking was easy and there was plenty of space.
The location was not great and was not on the best side of town.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bartender at the bar was very friendly and fun to talk to.
Staff was for the most part was friendly and helpful. Communication was challenging at times.

Breakfast was freshly made and brought to the table since we reserved with the breakfast option.The bed was very comfortable. The king size suite was spacious and the room had all the amenities like a microwave, small regrigerator, 2 tv's & stand-up shower and bathtub. The views from the room were amazing!

Right off highway, fresh and clean room(spotless), pool was great with view of city. Parking was great. No major issues
Nothing at all. The toilet was running and had to jiggle it everytime we flushed it, it didnt bother us but when we werw checking out, we were asked if there were any problems and i did mention it they apologize and offered us snacks and drinks.

The pool and the gym were nice to have and clean. The parking garage was secure and easy to access.
Very disjointed lay out. You have to travel through creepy stairwells to get to rooms. Ice machine door was broken.

The hotel room are a good space. Lots of room to move around in.
The microwave was positioned too low to work it good. Secondly there was a woman named Karen who was working with breakfast serving. She was rude and she served my wife and I half cooked food. Her excuse was that "the oven was broken ".

comfortable rooms with luxury bedding, very secure parking, very nice staff. The bigger rooms ( executive doubles?) are wonderful- super spacious and comfortable, well worth the extra if traveling with family.
Location is a bit isolated, about 2 blocks from restaurant options, but food is available in lounge. excellent secure parking-i had a packed SUV with items for a friend who is moving here, and the car was completely safe and inaccessible to anyone on the street. Easy local bus or uber ($10) to journal square PATH station, for day trip into NYC, other stations might be closer.
