The Room was much more spacious than expected and also was extremely comfortable for my family of three. The staff was amazingly helpful in guiding me to reach my destinations of interest in our trip and was a big part of us being able to experience so much. If you wanted to travel to NYC but not be within the chaos of the city then I think this place is perfect for you. They also have cheap shuttles nearby to take you into the city if you don't want to UBER.

The customer service was very good, and the room size was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was very clean.
Overall, the location was excellent, which made the stay very convenient.
The only downsides were that the shower did not have much water pressure, and the heater in the room ran constantly, so we had to turn it off two or three times.

I liked the closed garage so my car was safe inside. The staff was nice and helpful.

Zero support from the staff. All they want is your money. Once you book with them online or any other way and they have your money they don’t care. Stay away from this property!!!

Room was clean and convenient. Parking! was excellent! for a trip with a car in a cold and stormy weather, and a first time to NYC. We were lucky to have a car and to stay during the holidays with minimized transportation on roads. The 24/7 complimentary coffee was a great bonus.
Commuting to Manhattan without a car is limited and can be costly. No good breakfast option, no fresh fruits or fresh vegetables. There was a morning with no water throughout the hotel, which disrupted our entire day. In addition, the water pressure on the 8th floor was consistently weak.

The bar was closed on our last evening. We were told the bar tender called off...We had left the city early to come back to the hotel to enjoy drinks at the lounge. When we arrived at the bar approximately 7:30pm, the doors were shut. The front desk staff told us the bar tender called off. After complaining to the Best Western management, we were told he called off due to the snow storm that was coming. Yes a storm was expected, but it did not hit until around 1-2am. Well after the bar would have been closed. Like I expressed in my email, all the other staff seemed to be present at work, with the "pending" storm. We were offered a free breakfast for our inconvenience, which we declined, as we had reservations for brunch in the city the next day. I asked for the one night to be comped and it was declined. None the less, a facility that describes their establishment as "premier," should have a plan "B and "C" for call offs. We traveled from Ohio and this was a major no no. I also informed management the photo on this web site does not depict the actual look of the hotel! The picture is beautiful and shows the image of the hotel on a grey color. The actual hotel is a brick building!! All images are altered and enhance. As I explained in my email to Mr. R. Scott, it is fraudulent and we chose the hotel based off the photos and reviews.
