comfortable rooms with luxury bedding, very secure parking, very nice staff. The bigger rooms ( executive doubles?) are wonderful- super spacious and comfortable, well worth the extra if traveling with family.
Location is a bit isolated, about 2 blocks from restaurant options, but food is available in lounge. excellent secure parking-i had a packed SUV with items for a friend who is moving here, and the car was completely safe and inaccessible to anyone on the street. Easy local bus or uber ($10) to journal square PATH station, for day trip into NYC, other stations might be closer.

Beautiful room very spacious and modern quiet location nice pool and exercise room
No complimentary breakfast had to pay and it was expensive keycard didn't work when we left hotel to get into parking garage

I loved that I was able to park in the garage prior to the 3 pm check in. It slowed me to uber into NYC and have a peace of mind that my car was safe.

The staff is helpful and kind. Location of hotel is ideal for visiting Time Square or New York City. There is a shuttle near by that transports people to the Time Square area. The hotel overall is very nice, clean, and quiet.
The hotel does not charge for parking but if you’d like to stay a bit longer there is a parking fee. I had reserved my stay with breakfast included and when going to breakfast was asked to pay.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and I stayed there for a full week. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. However, the biggest issue is the lack of honesty and transparency from the front desk staff.
I paid a $100 security deposit, and despite being assured that it would be refunded, I never received my money back. In addition, I was clearly told that luggage storage was free of charge, but I was later charged $20 without any valid explanation.
A good hotel should be judged not only by its rooms but also by the honesty and professionalism of its staff. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed. I strongly advise future guests to confirm all charges in writing before making any payment.

The shuttle is no longer available on-site; you need to walk to the main avenue and look for alternatives.
After checking out, use of the gym and pool was no longer permitted.

Location was good the staff where smiling , parking was a plus booked this hotel because of free breakfast and pool
Bathroom small, shower was below average and the pillows suck. Breakfast was limited to two choices and pay for rest and pool was small and cold

Clean room, clean toilet, great amenities, water pressure good, pool is fun, got coin laundry for $2 wash and $2 dryer… parking is included… Breakfast selection is limited and its ala carte… Can get easily to Manhattan using bus for flat rate $4 per person..
