I believe that the beds are so comfortable and one can sleep very well, I also consider that the rooms are great and so comfortable and have good facilities to use if necessary.
I consider that the Hotel must offer a more complete breakfast, although the breakfast that you are offering is not bad, I consider that it must be more complete and buffet type

The room was spacious and very clean. The night staff were nice and helpful. The location was close to the mall, which was what we wanted. Would recommend and stay again.
The only downside was that our shower didn't have hot water. If we were staying more than one night, I would have asked for another room, but it was manageable.

I loved the cleanliness comfortable bed and the quietness of the hotel
The front desk employees. This time it was Linda and her coworker. The first time I came it was also the lady at the front that made me and my family felt unwelcome. Even housekeeping was nice. But because the property was good I tried again. And Linda with her uncouth attitude made sure to let me know that BWP is not the place for me. I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone to BWP. Linda treated me as if I came in begging. My mother is here from Jamaica and I took her there for her birthday because your rates were good and you’re close to the American dream mall. And even my mother was asking why she behaving like that. She didn’t even want the breakfast from there because she is thinking it’s because she’s black so she can’t eat the food. Linda and her male coworker spoiled my mother’s 75th birthday that we went there to celebrate. But it’s okay as I said this happened to me on the 2 occasions I went there and I definitely won’t let it be a 3rd. Have a good day

Wonderful
The Room was much more spacious than expected and also was extremely comfortable for my family of three. The staff was amazingly helpful in guiding me to reach my destinations of interest in our trip and was a big part of us being able to experience so much. If you wanted to travel to NYC but not be within the chaos of the city then I think this place is perfect for you. They also have cheap shuttles nearby to take you into the city if you don't want to UBER.
