Well equipped, bedding is very comfortable, good selection of shampoo, soap and lotion, nice staffs, good value, free parking, shuttle bus to Manhattan with acceptable fare
Some places need to be maintained better, like safebox and door lock, air perfume is a bit strong

The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was very convenient. The location is quite convenient for using public transportation in NYC. There are several good breakfast places nearby.

The property isn't in bad condition, except for a problem with the room door that wouldn't close. This was reported but never fixed, so we were left with the room door practically open the entire stay.
Location: It looks great on the map, but in reality, not so great. The area is run-down and dirty. Few Ubers are willing to travel to New York City from New York or vice versa due to traffic. The Lincoln Tunnel is jammed 24/7. Buses are in terrible condition.
Continuous train noise day and night due to the train tracks located in front of the hotel.
Breakfast included, limited choice, and unfriendly, unhelpful staff. The wait times are a bit long, with overall poor organization.
The pool water is cold and, above all, dirty, with cloudy water.
The hotel staff is generally unfriendly, with one exception at reception. The rest is unpleasant.
Overall rating: Poor.
