I loved the cleanliness comfortable bed and the quietness of the hotel
The front desk employees. This time it was Linda and her coworker. The first time I came it was also the lady at the front that made me and my family felt unwelcome. Even housekeeping was nice. But because the property was good I tried again. And Linda with her uncouth attitude made sure to let me know that BWP is not the place for me. I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone to BWP. Linda treated me as if I came in begging. My mother is here from Jamaica and I took her there for her birthday because your rates were good and you’re close to the American dream mall. And even my mother was asking why she behaving like that. She didn’t even want the breakfast from there because she is thinking it’s because she’s black so she can’t eat the food. Linda and her male coworker spoiled my mother’s 75th birthday that we went there to celebrate. But it’s okay as I said this happened to me on the 2 occasions I went there and I definitely won’t let it be a 3rd. Have a good day

The shuttle makes it so easy to travel to NYC.
I don't think there is a full restaurant. The staff told me that I could use UberEat, which turned out to be very helpful.

Location is good if you plan to visit Manhattan, having a shuttle available. The room was nice an clean, the checking was fast and very welcome done.

Everything was great. We extended our stay another night. Perfect location if your visiting the city. The staff were so nice.

Location was perfect to get into the city. The bus takes you right there for a fraction of what other options cost. The staff were all so kind and answered all the questions we had
Getting back from the city was a little harder then getting there. The bus goes on the other side of the road. Get instructions from the front desk before going. Other then that everything was great!!
