The staff was not good, as she miscalculated the snack cost and overcharged us. It got corrected after we complained to her, but it wasn't pleasant.

Perfect Choice for a layover! Super clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was AMAZING for a hotel. I was very full from the home potatoes and oatmeal. Great coffee, and fresh. The black Lady at the front was happy and helpful. I will definitely stay here again,it felt like home!

The price of rooms are excellent. Courtesy bus to and from airport hotel pickup point very good, which gives easy access to the main railroad into the city.
Would have been nicer to have tea and kettle facility in the rooms rather than in hotel lobby.

Free airport shuttle, competitive & reasonable room rates because this was an overnight stay for catching flights, early morning shuttle (5am)
Bananas to take with me for breakfast. There was a takeaway breakfast in a paper bag but I only wanted a banana so didn't take the breakfast to go bag.

Shuttle drivers were great. The room was very nice and I loved the airport location. Enjoyed the variety and quality of breakfast.
I would have loved access to a restaurant, but it helped to have breakfast.
