Wonderful
Clean, quiet and warm room with a comfortable bed and great shower.
Breakfast was less than mediocre, especially the cheese omelette. The hotel could really use a restaurant. The screen on the window in my room (417) rattled in the wind. I stuck a plastic fork in the frame to quiet it down. I'm sure it's still there. I didn't like the cancellation policy (within 4 days of your stay or you pay for the whole thing), especially given that I almost had to cancel the whole trip due to the huge winter storm bearing down on the east coast that weekend.

I’ll be as clear as possible: our stay at this hotel was not just disappointing—it was genuinely distressing. I’m not someone who complains lightly, but in this case, the issues we encountered were so severe that need to be escalated.To begin with, the hotel fell drastically short of even the most basic standards. The lack of cleanliness in every area we encountered was immediately obvious and impossible to ignore. When we first entered the lobby, we noticed it was dirty—there were food scraps and litter on the floor, making us uneasy right from the start. The situation inside our room was even more concerning. The odor hit us as soon as we walked in—a foul combination of harsh chemical cleaners that failed to mask underlying scents of old food and garbage. It was clear the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time; dust, crumbs, and debris were everywhere, including the bathroom. The bed covers carried the same unpleasant smell. We felt so uncomfortable that we resorted to using our own shirts as makeshift pillowcases, just to avoid direct contact with the bedding and shield ourselves from the odor.The bathroom offered no relief. The shower floor was visibly grimy, leaving us no choice but to clean it ourselves before using it. To make matters worse, the shower door was broken—it refused to stay closed, sliding open again and again.Breakfast the following morning was no better. To accommodate us, the staff provided “cold breakfast” bags. The contents of the bags were alarming: my bag contained a visibly rotten apple and a soggy, unappetizing bagel, while my wife’s had an old, dried-out bagel and a tiny apple that looked like it had been neglected for days. Not only was this unappetizing—it was potentially dangerous. What was supposed to be a comfortable, worry-free experience turned into a series of frustrations, discomfort, and concerns for our health and safety.

oh the beds were amazing! So comfy! Nice big room. Big bathroom, sink outside. Amazing breakfast, with bread, cereal, fruit, milk, options of coffeee, chocolate, tea, waffles made by yourself, egss, bacon.. amazing!
The free shuttle took quite a long time to appear at the airport
