For a stay near the airport it's great!
The shuttle bus drivers looked miserable... I know their job is to drive around the same route endlessly, but an effort to put a smile on would be appreciated

Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location made it super easy to get to the airport. Perfect for a convenient overnight stay.

Location only
Shuttle bus driver very rude and argumentative. Waited 1 hr for bus, told driver who then argued it was not correct. He then ask everybody in the bus if anybody else was waiting. One guy said yes just under an hour. Then he argued again saying it could not be an hour. Very rude guy. I ask to speak to duty manager when I arrived at hotel but no manager available and the reception lady did not care less. I again ask for manager in morning still not available. Service non existent. There 2 logo' s/saying a

The location was very close to Newark airport. The free Airport Transportation was a real asset, as was the breakfast.

It has been extremely difficult to obtain an electronic copy of my invoice. Contacting the hotel numerous times over the past week, still have not received it. Very disappointing experience with Hampton Inn—poor customer service.

The bed was good
The are an airport hotel without a functional shuttle to the airport. The primary value of an airport hotel is airport access, and I selected this hotel because I had an early flight. Their airport shuttle doesn’t go all the way to the airport! Even the desk against suggested I get an Uber.
I did get an Uber, and we were trapped for ten minutes because the lock has a lift gate that would not open despite several calls. I finally had to walk back to the hotel and get someone to do it manually.
