There was a lady at the front desk who was absolutely amazing as she remembered my room number without me saying anything. Very kind and thoughtful.
I did let the ladies know at the front desk after checking in, but there was a yellow stain all over the carpet. I didn’t get charged but surprised the cleaning services hadn’t caught it. It made me leary of the cleanliness but besides that the room was clean. It would have been nice also to have a bath mat to step out of the shower on, as tile floor can make things very slippery if wet and cause a bad situation.

Convenient for the EWR airport. The bed was comfortable.
The room was noisy (even if I asked for a quite room). I could hear traffic noise all night even if I was wearing earplugs and this disrupted my sleep. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

Good location when a late night airplane connection is missed and you need to spend the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the shuttle driver……really takes the job seriously and was very, very considerate to a young disabled boy and to some elderly folks on the ride..classy.
