The room and beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, except the European omelette contained pork and we were not aware until after we ate some of it and noticed what looked like meat in the omelette and asked if there was pork in the omelette and we were told it contained ham. We are Muslim, so it made us lose our appetite, as pork is forbidden in Islam and is a dirty animal.

Can't get Hilton Honors points for stays when I book through Booking.com even though I chose Hilton properties for that reason, kind of a bummer : (

Great location, close to the airport, staff was fantastic, breakfast was amazing. Staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating. Found the window wouldn’t lock on the 2nd floor and staff relocated me to another room immediately with no problem. Housekeeping, breakfast staff, front desk, van drivers and maintenance were all professional. Would definitely stay again, thanks!

The breakfast with respect to a vegetarian was poor. The ambiance of the room was improvable.

Clean, quiet and warm room with a comfortable bed and great shower.
Breakfast was less than mediocre, especially the cheese omelette. The hotel could really use a restaurant. The screen on the window in my room (417) rattled in the wind. I stuck a plastic fork in the frame to quiet it down. I'm sure it's still there. I didn't like the cancellation policy (within 4 days of your stay or you pay for the whole thing), especially given that I almost had to cancel the whole trip due to the huge winter storm bearing down on the east coast that weekend.
