Very Good
Shuttle was very fast and efficient and timely, check-in went very well (and it was late at night), breakfast was much better than the Hampton at Chicago airport, easy to get the shuttle back the next day, and check out.
Carpet was pretty old in the main areas but the hotel was clean, although very spartan. New bedding, towels, hardware in room, shower.

Exceptional
Nice, clean room with great beds. Decent breakfast.
Getting the shuttle late at night was tricky. Instructions from hotel weren't accurate, given trains weren't operating at the baggage claim exit where we got our bags. Given it was so late (12:30 am) and we were exhausted after a long day of international travel, we got a cab, which cost $43.

Close to the airport.
The shuttle took a long time to arrive. We waited for an hour in the middle of the night.

Nice clean hotel
I always stay at a Hilton and the past two stays something has been low. My stay in Rhode Island, there was no body wash in the container. Inconvenient when you’re already in the shower. This time around, the hair conditioner in the shower was empty and there was 1 tissue left in the tissue box on the sink.

Disappointing
Modest hotel, a little run down, but I was not expecting to pay luxury hotel prices.
