The complimentary breakfast was not all that great. We went at about 730 and the food was cold.
But it was okay considering it was complimentary.
That the double queen bed room didn’t have a separate living space ( couch) for a 3 night stay. No where to sit except one chair and the beds.

Close to the airport
They said they had shuttle service to the airport. I would not call it shuttle service if you cannot get a shuttle before 6 AM . Half of the shuttles after six were already pre booked and full. Plus the shuttle does not even drive you to your terminal. It drops you off someplace where you have to then take an air train.
We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and because they said they had a shuttle to take us to the airport. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find out that they had no restaurant, no snack bar and no shuttle that we could use. The hotel staff were nice and the room was clean, but the main reason why we chose the airport did not work for us.

I liked the proximity to the Newark airport and the reasonable cost. I appreciated the transportation to and from the airport train. I also liked the availability of healthy food options for purchase at the hotel.
My only complaint is that the train was out of service on the day that I left, and the hotel's van operator didn't know this. Passengers had to wait for a crowded bus to take them to the airport. With extensive construction at the airport, I suggest that the hotel track train closures if possible and drop off passengers at their terminals when these occur.

Beds were comfortable. Buffet breakfast offered generous selection.
Pretty expensive for the basic accommodations, but I guess you are paying for the hotel's proximity to the airport. And the breakfast was good.

Good proximity to both the airport and train station. Good shuttle service, friendly and helpful driver. If you need a clean place to get some sleep and take a shower before you continue on your journey, this is an excellent spot.

Loved the shuttle and front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
The one thing we found awkward was the cleaning staff. When we left the room to get a cup of coffee, we put a do not disturb sign on the door, and when we came back to the room about 10 minutes later, they were in our room cleaning. It was only 8 am and it was extremely awkward because we still needed to get ready for the day.

I inquired about the free shuttle service available at the airport and was given directions by the hotel. Upon arrival, I was flustered by the discrepancy in information, so I sent a confirmation message to the hotel, but received no response. It was almost midnight, so I took an Uber to the hotel.
Tip: When boarding the hotel shuttle, make sure to check the hotel name correctly.
