Spotlessly clean, large room and comfortable bed.
Lovely lobby with space to sit and have tea and coffee.
Location - near to the train station but had to go further away to get hotel shuttle back.

This last time we stayed it was even better than before. The drivers for the shuttles are amazing and will get you to the airport safely and back. Extremely helpful as well. Staff was very kind and nice. The room was very clean and such a nice atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

Free Shuttle bus service. Cleanliness of the room. Staff kindness. Location of the hotel near the Newark Airport and main roads/highways to travel.
Breakfast needs to provide more choices. Comfort of the room in comparison with the price per night.

Room was clean and tidy
Shuttle bus was a joke; 45 min wait on arrival and when leaving i was booked onto the shuttle by reception but no room for me and my family or out luggage. Shuttle driver not bothered at all (not his problem!)
Really poor so would not recommend, stay somewhere else if you plan on using this service. Uber saved the day

There was a lady at the front desk who was absolutely amazing as she remembered my room number without me saying anything. Very kind and thoughtful.
I did let the ladies know at the front desk after checking in, but there was a yellow stain all over the carpet. I didn’t get charged but surprised the cleaning services hadn’t caught it. It made me leary of the cleanliness but besides that the room was clean. It would have been nice also to have a bath mat to step out of the shower on, as tile floor can make things very slippery if wet and cause a bad situation.

Convenient for the EWR airport. The bed was comfortable.
The room was noisy (even if I asked for a quite room). I could hear traffic noise all night even if I was wearing earplugs and this disrupted my sleep. There is no restaurant in the hotel.
