Reasonably clean, free breakfast and can have a bag if leave early.
Shuttle to airport -

Only 1 staff at check in nice and lay back but then we had to wait almost an hour to get ourcturn very busy long line to check in.
Communication of staff at check innand check out was a miss. We bring our concern to a ldy- looks like a manager re only 30 min free parking but line is long no body help this layback guy. I asked if need to e bags and return car- told to stay- at our turn again we mentioned re parking the guy said free for people who stay in hotel - but then the next day at check out I was charged $22 - tried to discuss with AM check out lady, she said she just print the invoiced the guy at night time print it... I had to explained and complaint- which I hate as I discussed the issue of notification re parking and apparently there were issue with consistency. The AM lady finally took the parking charge off as the minute we got the room we return the car to the airport for early AM flight.

The hotel is located close to the Newark airport and is a short shuttle ride away. Our room was clean and served it's purpose for our early morning flight out, but we didn't get the chance to have breakfast or use any of the other facilities.
The shuttle is a nice option to and from the airport, but be sure you get on the correct shuttle. There are two Hamptons that are labeled nearly identical and if you miss one, you'll be waiting at least another 30 minutes. Getting the shuttle was quite painful due to having to take the AirTrain to and from the pickup point. The driver told us they weren't allowed to drop off at the terminal so we had to plan in the extra time. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but be aware.

Location was good and check-in was easy. That's about it.
Having registered guests pay for parking - what??!!? We were there maybe 6 hours. Also, the breakfast was VERY underwhelming. Probably one of my least favorite...and it's REALLY hard to mess up a basic buffet breakfast. Oh, and it's an expectation that shower products are filled. Not a good look when you find out they're nearing their end in the middle of your shower :-((

Had a room available.
The front desk didn’t have the reservation when I arrived. It was late and I was coming from a 10 hrs flight. I had to call booking.com to figure out. At checkout, the elevator wasn’t working. The staff suggested to either wait or go down the stairs with suitcases from the 3rd floor.

Wonderful
Booked this hotel because of a long layover. Personnel were very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Extra blankets, large fridge, smart tv and coffee machine were available. Breakfast was good. There is no restaurant but they have a little food corner and also menus of nearby restaurants for delivery. Checked in before 4 pm without a problem. Our shuttle driver Raphael went above and beyond. He is extraordinary and is polite, kind, very helpfull, resourceful. He made our stay comfortable and we knew we would be able to make our flight on time.
Windows were a little dirty
