Close to the airport, clean room
Can’t go anywhere unless uber, lyft or your own car, can’t use shuttle to airport unless checking out, tried and front desk said no. You may walk to the skytrain terminal but its a chance that was not advised

The location can not be beat. The airport shuttle was prompt and the driver was very polite and helpful.

Pleasant
You rent a room from them and still have to pay 30$ a night to park in the parking lot they own. Maybe it is a city thing, maybe its greed. Either way it makes no sense. The man at the counter needs a class on customer service and a job where he isnt spewing all his negative miserable with life energy on everyone around him!
