Staff very nice, Shuttle drivers helpful and nice, Hotel very clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices.
If you arrive at shuttle shift change u will wait about an hour for shuttle.

Actually almost nothing. maybe only the fact we had 2 queen beds, and check in was fast
Very nosiy room, starting work outside at 6AM with lots of noise, cannot walk there only take a shuttle (complicataed) or uber. No coffee at breakfast and noone notices, strange room and bath

perfect place for one night layover between two legs of an international trip. 15 min shuttle ride to EWR every 30 min. good free breakfast. comfortable bed.

The room was modern and clean. The HVAC system is top. They don’t have a kitchen/cook, so they give the option to order food and eat inside your room or in the breakfast area.
Breakfast was very basic and the hotel was too busy. The breakfast area was very crowded and not clean in time for the new guests arriving. Customer service could have been better, no help with the luggage is provided on arrival and they only have shuttles to P3 station, so the guest still has to change and get the free train service to their terminals, which is very inconvenient.

Vicinity to the airport. It was nice and very clean. The shuttle service for pic up an drop off to the airport was very convenient.
