The hotel is close to the airport and provide 24 hours shuttle which is extremely convenient.
The rooms are clean and confortable

I tried to call the hotel while waiting for the shuttle but could never talk to soemone as they were busy cheking customer in. If could be a good idea to add additional staff at the reception when there is a lot of customer.

Clean and affordable with a good breakfast.
The staff… rude and argumentative even for a simple request for a receipt. Was told to look for it in an email. I calmly asked again and told her I preferred a paper copy which is my right. She continued to argue to say that it would only show a zero balance and no details. I told her again to print me a copy and she did after the THIRD request. I felt very disrespected and decided that she simply was reluctant to complete her responsibilities and that she has a very different concept of customer service . I was made to feel as if I was to provide customer service to myself and complete the tasks that she was getting paid to do.

Shuttle is useful but not exactly every half hour.
