The location to EWR is superb. The breakfast was exceptional, a great variety of food. The room was clean and tidy. The shuttle bus to EWR was every 30 mins.

The snacks in the lobby were outrageously expensive. We got a regular size candy bar, small bag of cheetos and small bag of doritos and each item was $5. That is a rip off.

Not a lot to like, the person at the front desk was absolutely horrible and refused to help
The experience: I arrived in the middle of the night after a plane cancellation, the person at the front desk said he didn’t have my booking. When I asked if he could help me finding a room in any other Hilton property he refused to help. Then he disappeared for 20 minutes, other customers arrived and couldn’t believe it

The shuttle service to the Airport was on time with the Drivers being helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was included in the stay.
No food options in the vicinity. They advertise a delivery service called Deliver Tiptop which is an absolute rip off and not good food with delivery being ridiculously long. Places on Doordash etc wont deliver to hotel which i suspect is an agreement so people have to use the rip off Tiptop.
