I like the location. public transportation was right outside.

One pays almost --- dollars for a room, they deliver the room at 4 in the afternoon, I had to pay for parking, 48 dollars, very bad.

Bed was very comfortable, welcome package was lovely.
Bathroom cleanliness, hairs in soap dish and on floor. No shampoo/body wash in container on wall

Doris was the best, she was so kind and helpful. Such a nice person!
The rest of the staff (except for Doris, the was a sweetheart) were kinda mean and unwelcoming. The towels and shower curtain were dirty and the place overall was not worth the price, its super expensive for what it is. In my opinion not up to Double Tree standard.

I was there for a concert so it's a walking distance from Prudential Center. Also, in front of the hotel is Newark Penn so it's easily accessible to go anywhere. Amazing staff.

Convenient to the train station
We had reserved a King room but was given a 2 double bed room. Called front desk and was told they didn't have any king beds that day but we could move to another room the next day. We were going to be gone all day and that wasn't going to work for us. We just stayed in the room but no discount on the room
