The noise level from the lobby and swimming pool. Horror house not a Hilton hotel!

Breakfast buffet was $24 a person. Was not worth that. The offerings and quality of food was like a hotel that would include it in their room rate. For 2 people it was almost $52 with the tax. I would have rather put $52 into a hotel w free breakfast.

Outlets old couldn't connect any device,maintenance had to give me an extension, fridge took about an hour to arrive,no one cleaned the room even when we asked they did after complaining because NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE!!toilet flush needed fix
Garbage everywhere in the lobby,they had lots of tourists and no one cleaned also the guest microwave full of food residues,next door people smoking weed!! And being very loud, I'm disappointed of this hotel

The shuttle from the airport had to travel over a road that is obviously in a "blue" state, an embarassment for all travelers, especially international visitors

The hotel is beautiful and big. Rooms clean and cozy.
The road to get there is a mess. You have a beautiful hotel, get the road in shape. The gate to get out doesn?t open with your ticket. Had to go back in, wait in line just to get out. Poor design .

Wonderful
It has an impresive infraestructure.
The room was apparently clean but there was too many dust. You could see every morning the particles over the tables. We both ended sneezing and a bit congested when check out.
