Nelly, was amazing from beginning to end, to spoke to me with respect, dignity and had my best interest at heart, she assisted me,with my hotel booking, and gave me blessed words of encouragement. I was in town for a funeral of my loved one, and she made my family and I very comfortable. We appreciate you Nelly so much, May God bless you abundantly.
The manager of the facility, had no empathy, he was very rude and condensing, he knew all about our stay, and although, we understand, the importance of running a hotel, the words he spoke to us,in our time of grieving was disrespectful and unable called for, tone is everything when dealing with customers.

Bed was comfortable.
Walls are thin. I could hear the tv and conversations from the room next door. Same with the ceiling. I could hear people walking and probably kids jumping and running.
Service only changed towels. Didn’t clean it during the stay.

I need my refund back.
Poor service my car was towed despite the fact I registered my plate no and was asked to pay $425 to get my car as a single mum of 4 who saved money to take her kids on a vacation.
