For me y being the 1st time I did not have a good experience at all. It was hard finding parking then there was no AC and then I found a roach in my room. I wouldnt recommend anyone there.

Nothing fancy, but the room(10floor)was clean,smells fresh shuttle service was good..(AM)front desk person(man) was very nice respectful.. Overall it was a short trip but worth it. I would go back...hoping to get RM 10??
Children were very noisy, running around half the night making noise...quite disturbing.

The best thing I really enjoyed was the view from the window it was really beautiful at night overlooking the city
Everything was pretty much perfect the only thing I did not like which was like a pain on my side was that the pillows on the bed are hard, like super hard they're very very uncomfortable. They can get some better pillows I think it will be perfect

Nothing..........Robert Treat Hotel: Disappointing staff, pervasive odor, cleanliness issues, indifferent management, security concerns. Unsatisfactory experience.
Every aspect of this hotel was deeply flawed and incredibly disappointing. It's disheartening to pay a premium for what turned out to be a rundown establishment. Frankly, I'm astonished that this hotel continues to operate.

Amazing and friendly staff. Everyone was very nice & eager to help. Everyone looked nice whether wearing Dolce & Gabbana or puffy coats and short bobs or beautiful Locs. Staff is very versatile and inviting. Ill definitely return again and recommend
The only dislike was I requested a room with 2 beds and I did not receive that. But staff did their best to accommodate and resolve the problem. I do appreciate that.

Its proximity to the PATH station, free Wifi, and the fitness room.
We waited 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle. No room service. The key cards didn't always work. They put us in the wrong room and then claimed we hadn't paid for all five days.

The room had a nice view and were very comfortable. Plus the location was really good. There were shops and places to eat within walking distance.
The 2 ladies at the front were rude and not very helpful. And It was a little dirty and the room was very hot and musty.

The Staff was helpful and friendly.
Room key didn't work on one of 2 rooms booked.
Ice bucket wasn't in room and no soap in room just shampoo and cond.
Not very quiet.
Some of the room doors looked rusted in places could use fresh paint to lively up the place.

The location is convenient.
They had openings when reservation was made, 2 months in advance.
The facilities are not comfortable, nor are they as clean as they should be for the high price.
The staff struggled to find our reservation made on booking, as it was on booking, but no one put it into their system.
The parking price is outrageous, especially since there are barely any places to park, and you already pay a huge price to stay there.

Close to Prudential Center
The receptionists were RUDE (especially the red haired Lady) and they did NOT give satisfactory customer service. The receptionists NEED to attend customer satisfaction CLASS or TRAINING. The room was warm inside and the A/C was not working.
