Wonderful
The location was convenient and the room was very nice.
The parking is terrible! Walking from the parking garage in the back of the hotel to the hotel is awful! No signs or arrows showing where to go. The physical lot itself had uneven surfaces and potholes.

In the morning, I went to the restaurant and ordered a bowl of oatmeal. It was hard to determine why, but the oats were very runny, and tasted off. In addition, the syrup that came with it had no taste and was more like a corn syrup with no sweetness at all.

Convenient to our Sons house. Clean spacious room. Large bathroom & the shower was amazing, hot water & strong stream.
No complimentary water bottles in room. Website & Tv promoted indoor pool, but when we went down to Lobby to ask them where pool was, they said it closed 10 years ago! Update the Website & TV!

Liked the New York skyline and the cleanliness of the facilities
They don't offer breakfast even if you pay extra for it in your booking package. The woman who served overpriced prepackaged items really doesn't like talking to you if you don't speak Spanish and isn't friendly. Every day she would repeat about what they DON'T have and then get irritated when you actually ask for anything. Also they don't have a bar as advertised because they failed to renew their liquor license. Maybe don't advertise that...

When we arrived, our room was ready for us ahead of time so we could get ready for our event. There was also a shuttle service to and from our event hosted by the property, which made planning so much more convenient. We truly appreciate this service. The staff was friendly and courteous, willing to assist us at any time.

Very quiet location
Parking was confusing. Many signs saying you need a permit, but no permit is needed. Then there is a sign that states to park on the second level of the garage that is under construction, but the garage had a big warning sign saying danger do not go here so it was definitely confusing.
The AC unit was not the greatest had to be on 68 in order to cool the room down and if the room wasn’t cool, it was musty
