Location
It is not a hotel . It is an old motel
Very old structure. No elevator. Very cramped lobby where they stack up breakfast with hardly any space to eat. I paid $370 per night but it is not worth $100. No coffee maker in room

Breakfast, although served in a the cramped lobby, was great and very good for a complementary breakfast. Free parking and abundant parking. Close to PATH. Friendly staff and welcome feel.

Liked the location
Price high for no amenities, bedding was clean but pillows deflated, no support. There was mold in the bathroom shower and I was there to recover from mold damage after getting out the hospital 2 weeks.

Free pastries and coffee in the lobby, good location, sheets seemed clean, lots of lights in the room, and very friendly kind staff.
Unfortunately my room had a bit of a fruit fry problem and I could hear the plumbing groaning and shrieking. I've stayed in a lot of similar motels/hotels to this one over the last year while traveling and the fruit fly thing was pretty unique among places I've stayed; it was unpleasant.

Staff was nice. I had an allergic reaction in the room due to dusty curtains, but overall everything was very clean. Easy commute into NYC and good croissants for breakfast.
No soap in some of the shared bathrooms and I had an allergic reaction to the curtains, though everything else was very clean.

The first thing you notice is how close it is after the Holland Tunnel, which also makes it extremely close to NYC. The free parking was great and checking in was smooth, very friendly staff. They have free breakfast until 10:00am and an outdoor patio. Everything is clean and well maintained. The room felt like a chain of hotels and the beds were comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed. Taking my daughter back to college at NYU from Florida. The hotel is clean and convenient to dormitory. Breakfast is 10/10

Proximity to Path station and parking included in the stay price, not an additional fee tacked on.
Not that I didn't like it, but I wish there were more breakfast options. Even some waffles maybe.

Quiet and located about 15 minutes walking distance to PATH to go into NYC. There is a large mall that is about a 10 minute walk. The waterfront has walking paths and is very scenic!
Very helpful and friendly staff. There is a nice patio
for breakfast dining. The king sized bed was very comfortable!
