the rooms are small but well equipped, we booked for a family of four (2x queens) and space was sufficient. Breakfast was very good and ambient was nice (after renovation). Location is very convenient to spent a day in NYC w/o crashing the bank.

Location. It was close to the places we wanted to go in the area. A bonus was that it was a short, safe walk to the Newport Centre mall which was a great place walk, shop and dine indoors.

There was some construction going on during the day. I understand that it’s necessary to complete updates and remain open. It did not interfere with our stay.
