The room is on the first floor and right by a road, the window is not sound proof so I was waken up by every passing car - which is every minute. So it is safe to say I did not sleep at all on that night. Very disappointing.

I was satisfied again this time. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to and from the hotel is a huge plus. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the WTC, and 20 minutes to 33rd Street in downtown Manhattan. The breakfast is perfectly adequate for a few days.
I look forward to my next stay.

Staff is great. They have a locked room to hold your luggage. Less than a 5 minute walk from Journal Square. Plus lots of stores and restaurants.
