Everything was clean. The staff at the Lobby were great.
The Housekeepers were waaaay too loud out in the hallway Sunday morning. Not everyone has normal hours and are out and about until 8 AM.

Location and convenience
They told us that they were giving us an “upgrade” then we were in the noisiest room in the hotel. We heard the DJ and music above us in the ballroom like we were invited guests! We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !!!!

The view was really beautiful. The staff were very polite and always willing to help.
They said the pool was heated, but it was freezing. The breakfast was horrible and very expensive, with few food options, and almost everything was charged separately. So I really don't recommend it.

The view of Manhattan is absolutely breathtaking from this location! I will always stay at this location moving forward. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL! When we arrived they stored our bag while we explored the city before checking into our room, Arthur was great when we arrived. Charlie was amazing when we returned that evening. The staff really went above and beyond for us, it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The PATH is right next door and very easy to use to get to the city. All in all you can’t ask for a better place to stay!
