I like the view and it was a very nice area of the city.
I asked for a room with a couch like is advertised on the website and they gave me the run around and I ended up with chair room instead.

Location was great and the hotel was nice. A couple of the staff were really good.
Chipotle, five guys, subway, Starbucks and dunkin within a block or two.
The path underground train ($2.90 per ride) is by the hotel entrance. Takes you to the world trade centre (WTC) in 5 minutes. It is then connected to the MTR (subway).
Renovations appear to be complete
A few of the staff were not very helpful or overly welcoming, none were rude.
The pool and area is usable but needs a really good clean - especially under the radiators by the windows and the tiles at the waterline. The water is slightly salty.

Location is perfect if you want easy transport link to the city with the train station being next to the hotel.
Bar staff were excellent .
Our room was not serviced during our five night stay, although not really a problem it would have been nice not having to keep asking staff for coffee etc.

Room was not ready, under construction, tiny room, question never answered on Booking. No streaming service and limited channels.
