Position of hotel was great. Fabulous views over the Hudson and the NY skyline.
Bathroom was tired. Grout in bath/shower was black in areas and just in need of sprucing up. Disappointing when paying that amount of money.

For our purposes the location was perfect. The room was also spacious and very comfortable.
Compared to our expectations of the Hyatt Regency brand, the staff were casual in dealing with us during our stay.

Security was good , the area was clean and they provided amenities as requested .
The fact that I had to pay extra charge for parking , waiting time for your car to be parked was so long , also had to pay for breakfast, was so shocked that with all that price all these things were not included .
