The room was spacious enough and well equipped, including a small kitchen, microwave, and fridge.
Breakfast was sufficient, and the view during breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful – big compliments to her.
Our room was facing the street, so the noise from the tram was quite noticeable.
During our 5-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was removed.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast is very delicious in the nice area.
We booked for four people, but the room was only prepared for two, with no additional towels provided. We requested these items at 11 p.m. but received no response or items until the following day. This lack of service caused significant discomfort.

Nice hotel with perfect location. Rooms are quite spacious and comfotable. Just need to be careful when reserving room on Booking.com. Hotel system does not see reservations from here. But staff was so helpfull to allocate a nice room for me.
Breakfast is far from being continental. Is just a few things an coffee. Not a proper breakfast

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast every day was exceptional. The staff were kind and helpful.
The room wasn’t ready when we arrived an hour after check in time, which caused some delay in us being able to fully enjoy our stay. However, the staff were excellent in doing what they could to make our situation easier.
The parking was confusing to figure out and the staff were also a bit confused about it. Communication from the property before arrival about how parking works and where it is located would be advised.
