Absolutely nothing it’s criminally overrated.
The lady at the front desk told me they’ll need my card to place a temp hold. When I look it’s a charge for 600 dollars. Mind you I booked thru the booking app. Stay far from this place.

I originally had a 2 night stay, but because of the weather, training was cut short. Since I only stayed 1 nite I should have been due money back. No. The excuse was it was prepaid. I don't give a damm, prepaid or not. Half that money should have come back to me. $290 they stole from. It's a scam. Way over priced. BEWARE!

I enjoyed the views and the modern clean feel of the hotel.
The noise. The light rail train station is outside the hotel so all night you hear the train, bells going off, PA announcements, and rail noise.
Also, it was a fight with every outlet in my room to plug anything in. It's possible they're not installed correctly.

Clean. Friendly team. Good access. Room was perfect.
Breakfast is absolutely terrible. Clear Sysco industrial food. I could not eat it. The sausages were dripping of fat, tasteless, the scrambled eggs dry and tasteless, the fruit salat looked like a bio experiment. The so called bagels are industrial production hard a bricks. Giant bowls of cream cheese everyone picks in with the same knife. Unacceptable. Location for breakfast is spectacular, but the “food” is disgusting.

We chose the Hyatt whenever possible for our stay, this was the worse experience
Trash in the hallways,
Heater in the room didn’t seem to work properly
Tv/ remote didn’t function properly
There was a party in the room next to us very loud all night long

The close access to the PATH train which took us to the World Trade Center subway transfer point was amazing as we were able to get to the NYC easily. Breakfast was great each morning. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of food for all of the guests that chose to eat the breakfast provided.
My only feedback would be to maybe have 2 options for the breakfast meat, example turkey sausage and pork sausage. The yogurt and fresh fruit each day were very nice as well. I would love to see flavored cream options for the coffee.
