Nice general location for access to cruise pier following day.
Building is odd, and it's not obvious where to find entrance Also not obvious where to park. Difficult to discern where to pull in, and then, where and how to get parked (adjacent property). Frustrating and off-putting after stressful drive into the city. Knowing what we know now, we'd just stay at the other property, with attached parking garage.

Location was great - you could walk to restaurants, PATH. Breakfast was convenient which is what made it attractive. Food choices were limited due to the crowds and not the lack of staff. The staff were working hard.
Price was high even for Jersey City.

Clean large room. Nice large bathroom. Rooms have fridge which is great.
The rooms are very dark with very minimal lights to turn on. Initially we were placed right outside the rail station which was not appealing but was moved when asked.

The location was superb and the room was fantastic with our view looking out to the Hudson. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Stunning views from hotel. Ideally situated for access to the 'Path' which is the 'underground' rail system to travel across to the Financial Centre.
Breakfast was good .
Hotel was clean and very well presented
Workman who were outside taking a break having been on exterior scaffolding smoking cannabis - concerns for health and safety? and hotel users having to walk through this.
