They left a very bad impression of themselves. Unprofessional service and they never returned my $100 deposit. Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointed with this company. They never returned my $100 deposit even though everything was left in good condition. Communication was poor and they ignored my requests about the refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful before giving them your money.

It was conveniently located to highways and mass transit. The interior was newly remodeled and updated. Although close to congested roadways, the room was quiet, the air conditioning/ ventilation was quiet and efficient. The free breakfast had a nice variety of items, including scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, assorted pastries, bagels waffles, coffee, tea and juices.

The gym seemed fairly clean. It offered what I needed. Not crowded. I pretty much had it to myself. The view of the train track was pretty cool! The pillows and bed was comfortable after getting used to the cold sweaty sheets. It was in a good location.
Staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful. I was not asked if there was a floor that I preferred so I was placed on the 6th floor. I asked if there was an Exxon gas station near the hotel and the staff did not know what I was talking about. Turns out there was one about a quarter mile down on the opposite side of the street. Upon entry, the hotel did not smell or look clean. The stairwells are not clean. The floor is extremely sticky. Someone even had what looked like funeral flowers left behind in the stairwell. People were coming to breakfast in their pajamas. The food wasn't good according to my family. I only had an egg omelet which probably tasted better when its freshly made. The room was cold upon entry. I tried to turn down the thermostat and even turn it off and it stayed on all night. The sheets were so cold and even felt wet. It was yucky like someone had sweated in the sheets. I reserved the room for 4 people but only received 3 sets of bathroom towels. The tub was extremely slippery. Overall, I am not pleased with my stay and most likely will not return to a IGH hotel. The turn to leave the hotel was hard due to it being on a busy road.

During our stay, we had an issue with our toilet. It would not flush and we had to jiggle the handle. Also, someone else was assigned our room during our stay. They walked in on us while my family was in the room.
