ease of use, worked for what we needed
had hair in the shower, matt of it. They offered to move us late at night but we where too tired they offered to take off 25$ i think for it. Inspection should go deeper when using room inspection.

The room lighting was great the beds were very comfortable. The room had good amenities. The front desk was very helpful for getting extra toiletries I appreciated the fast response for extra towels as well.
I think the channel selection could have been bigger. It was only one child channel available to watch everything else was mainly for adults. I didn't like I was un able to actually turn off the AC I had to unplug it.

The room was large, modern and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was better than average.
Access to the hotel is difficult if you have to cross the highway.
There is no place to eat within walking distance and making extra trips in the car is difficult because the hotel is on a busy six land road.
The surface of the bathtub is very smooth and potentially dangerous and no bath mat was provided.

I stayed there for 3 nights with my family. Everything was great including the breakfast. They had everything you look for when it comes to stay at a hotel . The staff was really cooperative and friendly. It felt like home and everything was worth it. I will always recommend it when it comes to visiting nyc because it is close and worth it. Love from Pakistan ??.

I liked that the front desk agent was very nice, I forgot her name but she accommodated my mother in law and myself they were in the middle of renovations. She switched our room with no problem.
The manager tried to tell me that I had to let the gentleman had to come inside of my room to do whatever renovations that needed to be done even if we wasn't there. That's absolutely against the law.

The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, and the location was convenient for accessing the city and nearby transit.
Cleanliness was very poor, particularly in the bathroom. While showering, I noticed visible black mold along the shower walls, as well as mold around the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. This raised serious concerns about overall hygiene and room maintenance. Although I reported the issue to the front desk and received an apology, this is something that should never be present in a hotel room. Despite the convenient location, I would not recommend this property, as it is not worth risking your health. This location needs to significantly improve its cleaning standards.
