Despite the way the rest of the hotel looked, the hotel room was clean
I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Given the cost, the experience was entirely unacceptable.
• Front Desk & Service: Calling ahead about a late arrival was a nightmare—the staff lost my reservation and left me on hold indefinitely. Upon arrival, the front desk team was nonchalant and painfully slow.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: The lobby floors, elevator doors, and elevator walls were visibly dirty. Mid-stay, my room key randomly deactivated.
• Room: The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the iron was broken. Requesting a replacement twice delayed my entire morning.
• Breakfast: Complete disappointment. The coffee machine didn't work, and there was zero hygiene oversight, literally watched a guest bite a bagel and put it back into the shared toaster.

Cats everywhere outside. Not a good sign. Trash everywhere behind property near railroad tracks. Great staff, nice clean rooms and breakfast good. Close to city and Hoboken. Good rates. Non of the staff spoke English so when we asked for something they were clueless.
No pool! Location not good for walking. Nothing in the area to go to or do without driving. Cats everywhere outside. If trash was cleaned up behind building this may help. Has to be rats if so many cats.

Excellent location for visiting NYC. Our uber had no trouble finding it. Breakfast was hot with a variety of choices. Ice machine and water station were a nice touch for our summer stay. Room was clean.

Great location to nyc - 20 mins by car and 35mins train, clean and comfortable hotel. Good staff. A lot of good food in the area and easy to park at the subway station and take the train into NYC.

Hotel was clean, close to the PATH, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, room as a great size and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!
I requested no housekeeping but asked to just have new towels dropped off while we were out. Front desk said ok. No towels were very delivered. Not a big deal

I booked a room through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was told the reservation had been cancelled due to a lack of availability. However, they then said that if I wanted to rebook, I would have to pay an additional $450—even though the original Booking.com rate was only $180. I simply do not understand why they would try to extort money from me like that.
