The people at the front desk were not helpful when I was struggling to carry my things and said something about it out loud to the guy at the front desk. Also, I got a random call through the hotel phone, a man’s voice asking me if I needed a friend.

The room smell was literally bad and I would say worse. Mattress were not comfortable. Air conditioning was not working well. Not sure how the property manager or the owners have not inspected these issues earlier
