Breakfast is an unhealthy muffin and a sweet candy bar. Nothing else. The same every day.
Bad coffee and one kind of tea only 90 minutes in the morning and then they cover the machine to not use. They painted the bathtub with the paint we use for walls.
I complained about flys all over the room. No one even said sorry.
They don’t come to clean or take trash. I have to ask them every day to do so

The room had a strong musty odour and visible mold in the bathroom. Bathroom door was broken. Room was not clean, front desk staff were unhelpful. There was too much sound outside of the building, it was very difficult to sleep. In the name of breakfast just coffee and 2 small dry muffins. I spoke to the manager on duty, but they offered no apology and dismissive when I raised concerns. I felt ignored rather than helped.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have had. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made it extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and I won’t be returning.
I would like to have refund my money.

I wanted to leave the property because I was so disgusted with it but I was exhausted so I sleep in the computer chair

Location was near what I went there for…
Where do I begin:……….
When i walked in the room it smelled like cat urine. Room looked like it hadn’t been swept which prompted me to look at the bed. First thing I noticed was blood spots on the blanket. I pulled the blanket off and the sheets had multiple blood spots, checked the second bed and the same thing. Went to the front desk to ask for new sheets and the person had an attitude and basically stated I was a liar. Told him to come look and he brought a bottle of bleach and cloth to try and clean. I told him I wanted new sheets and he said they don’t have extra. When I asked for a refund, magically clean sheets appeared. There were absolutely no toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was not only broken but had black spots all over which I could not use. To top my stay off, the complimentary breakfast was a brown paper bag which contained a fruit snack granola bar and a pre packaged muffin that would be served at a daycare. No beverage was provided at all. Ice machine didn’t even work. For the amount of money they charge, they should be ashamed

Was close to NYC just 5min walk to bus station but you have to walk up the hill.
Lot of renovation was going on , was very bad while I visit lot of noises they where fixing bed while we are inside so wasn’t a pleasant stay

Beds were full not double like it said in the website, no shampoos or conditioners.
