The property was clean, and very nice room.
I didn’t like the fact that it said they had a pool and they didn’t. I don’t like the fact that the property charges for parking for guests and it’s also expensive. I don’t like the fact that some staff at the front desk are not very nice.

The room and location are excellent; however, the beds at this property are not very comfortable.
On Booking.com, the listing indicated that parking was free. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that parking costs $30 plus tax. This is confusing and misleading. If parking is not actually free, Booking.com should not advertise it as such.

I think it's a really expensive Hotel for the value you get. In terms of price value I was not happy.
The common spaces where not clean. The room was ok but expensive for the location and the type of Hotel.
I didn't like the service and the common spaces such as the Toillets in the main floor were dirty.

Location, location, location. It was right in the heart of Jersey City. Everything was steps away, the mall, food, and transportation to NYC. Booked this stay for an out of town guest and Austin was wonderful with helping me work out the details. Our guest found the staff friendly and the room very comfortable
