The location, the staff, cleanliness, comfort were great. The mini restaurant was really good to have a breakfast.
The team at the reseption was very helpful.
The restaurant closes at 10 am. It could serve breakfast after 10 am, too.

Sorry but very disappointed.. feels like I am some motel and not Marriott standered hotel. Staff is very rude.. parking for over night is $30 and if you like to take car out $6 additional? Where is the customer care went? No happy at all and I will not recommend my family and friends. Sorry

Wonderful
It’s a very nice and clean property in Jersey City. It’s literally right next to the Path train so it is easy to get to and from NYC. We stayed here as a family of 5, because they offer the double queen rooms with a sofa bed. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and we were even able to check in early since there was a room ready. Staff was nice and helpful. They even let us store our bags behind the front desk after checkout since our flight was later in the evening.
I do wish that the gym had more equipment for weightlifting. It would be nice for a breakfast option included with the stay. Sofa bed was not the most comfortable even for normal sofa bed standards

I liked the location of the hotel how close it was to the mall, the path, and close to the NYC subway. I also liked the hot water and how comfy the pillow were.
I did not liked how expensive the parking was. I paid 30+ dollars per day and I had to park in the garage and there were not enough hotel parking space so I had to park on the second or third floor of the garage because the lower floors had valet parking reservation space or some sort of resident or transient labeling. The parking around the premises of the hotel were available but we were asked to get to the parking garage. The staff was great explaining it and we were able to go in and out of the parking lot but I think that is outrageous that on top of paying for the hotel we also have to pay for the parking garage. There should be a waiver or a discount for guest staying at the hotel or we should be able to use the parking that are in the premises of the hotel without going to the garage and paying.

This is our regular spot to stay when we’re out here but this time it was not it.
The tub wasn’t draining while showering. The bar/restaurant was closed 3 out of the 4 days we were there. When I asked why it was closed so many day the front desk caught an attitude and said if I reall needed a drink I can go across the street. For all the fees I paid to stay here I would think you would have enough staff to properly run a hotel. Lastly if my check out time is at 12 why would you send housekeeping an hr before? Felt rushed to leave.
