The room had an amazing view. I was on the 10th floor which was amazing. The location was perfect because everything was in walking distance, I also loved the fact that I was right across the street from Newport Mall. Breakfast was delicious and was cooked fresh.
I have no complaints.

Location.
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. There was dust throughout, and the carpet felt sandy/gritty underfoot, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed properly. The AC was also noisy and kept making sounds, which made it hard to rest. The bathroom was dirty, and the air ventilation system was covered in dust. Basic housekeeping and maintenance were clearly lacking. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are seriously addressed.

I paid for a larger two-queen with a sofa bed but got a regular queen. They did have a rollaway bed set up. I also asked for my receipt to be emailed and 24 hours later I still don't have it.

The location of the hotel is wonderful: near a picturesque walkway and a great view of NYC, right on the Path, and central to restaurants, cafés, shops. The staff was kind and friendly, including the hardworking cleaning staff.
I'll be honest and say that the toilet paper was of abysmal quality. For over $400/night, it would be great to have certain comforts, and that's a pretty essential one.
The beds were not particularly comfortable, but ample pillows were provided.
The gym was tiny, as was the pool.
It would be a lovely touch to greet tired travelers with fresh fruit or cookies, or to provide an option for breakfast to be included.
