We arrived early in the day so we could explore the city and the very helpful member of staff allowed us to pre check in and park our car safely in the car park, rather than trying to find somewhere to park. When we arrived back later that evening check in went smoothly. The room was adequate for four adults, however the a/c unit is very noisy and right next to the sofa bed, also the window in the bedroom didn't close fully so the constant emergency sirens and trains were loud. However the hotel is ideally situated for a visit to New York City. Its a quick five minute walk to the Path Station and this takes you straight into the World Trade Center where you can get a subway to where you want to go. Our room had a small kitchenette that would have been useful had we wanted to stay in and eat.

The location is exceptional. There are so many transportation options within walking distance. The staff were amazing with guidance on options, timing, and logistics for both NJ and New York. They saved us from being late and/or inconvenienced more than once.

If you have a conversation in your room after 11 pm they sent security to your room to tell you you have to keep your voice down , because if your neighbors next door call to complaint they sent security to your room, security that don’t even speak English or Spanish
