First and foremost, the service is exceptional in quality. All the service providers are nice, super professional and ready to help with anything.
For those visiting Manhattan, after getting used to traveling on the PATH and the ferry, the transition to Manhattan is very easy. The stations are very close to the hotel. The area of the hotel is simply charming. The quiet promenade on the water is close, the restaurants nearby are excellent. For those who want a little peace after a visit to Manhattan, the hotel is simply perfect. The standard room/apartment is just right for a couple. Those traveling with a higher number of passengers should take a larger room.
The shower flow was a little weak, but it really didn't bother me.

The view of New York City was beautiful. It was easy to get from our place to take the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. The room was comfortable and clean. My sister and I were very happy with our stay. And the staff was wonderful.
I can’t think of anything. Our stay was very nice.

Location very near to the PATH, wonderful view of Manhattan when exiting the hotel, confortable matress and enough pillows and towels. The room is also quite big, and so is the bathroom.
The smoke detector has a small light and it is placed exactly abive your head when you are in bed..and is quite annoying during the night. We had to put a band aid to cover the light.
The shower has increased pressure when the temperature rises.. so for normal hot water the pressure is maximum, you cannot lower it

This motel was located near the river within walking distance to a beautiful view of the NYC skyline and waterfront restaurants. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a small kitchen, which we didn't really need, but was nice to have. The bed was very comfortable.
Nothing. Everything about this place made for a wonderful stay. The cost was a bit more that I would have liked to pay for one night but it was still worth it.

I loved how big the room was I'll clean it was how it had everything you needed in the kitchen. The beds in the linen were so comfortable The whole family slept so good.

It's very clean, staff at the front desk are very helpful, the rooms have all sorts of utensils and things one could need, location is great
We didn't have housekeeping because it was a three night stay, seems to be the norm now but wish it wasn't

It’s clean
I don’t like the bed it’s small the bathroom whenever you take shower it’s getting full of water anywhere I got the first floor the stuff in front desk they got a lot of noise in the morning they keep talking I’m trying to get some sleep but they bothered us
