Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. The location were excellent with transport to Manhattan nearby, Best view of the Hudson River and good restaurants nearby. Sonesta Simply were very accommodating and as we arrived a day early they had rooms available for an extra night.

What a brilliant week we had in Jersey City. The location is amazing- 5 minutes walk from the Path train to WTC and with a fabulous view to Manhattan. The apartment was spacious and comfy, with a great well equipped kitchen. There was the option to hire kitchen appliances but these were in short supply during our stay. We still managed to cook on the stove and in the microwave. The apartment was really well stocked with everything you need such as shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, bin bags and tea towel so you really don’t need to bring much. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York.

Location is great - a short walk from the PASS station to get across to Downtown Manhattan and Jersey City is a nice quiet area to explore. If you like running - the run along the river up to Liberty State Park is good.
The rooms are big with kitchen and laundry facilities so ideal for a family or a longer stay where you are trying to save money by cooking at home.
My room overlooked the tram tracks and the bell from the tram was quite loud. I also was looking to get some dry cleaning done but that was not offered by the hotel ... however I think that might be the standard in hotels in New York.

The room set up was perfect for our needs. Nice kitchen area with the ability to borrow appliances if needed. Nice staff, and good location for our needs.
I wish it was a bit more cost effective, but we were there during a busy event weekend. So prices in the area were all high.

The room is ready at 4 pm, I had a show to catch they gave me a room with broken shower and I declined to wait for fixing or a room change partly I had a show to catch which I was late already and coming back so late what was the point the next day I was out. That room should not have given out.

Reception staff were nice.
Hello,
When we arrived, the accommodation could not find our booking. Despite providing the email records, conversation logs from the app, and the order details, there was no trace of our reservation.
The property verbally confirmed that they agree to the cancellation without any charge, as they processed a new booking for us and we had already made the payment. However, we have received two emails stating that the property has not yet confirmed with Booking.com that they will not charge any fees for the first booking.
Could you please officially confirm the cancellation and ensure that no fees will be charged? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
