Clean, in a great location, and having its own kitchen is definitely a plus.
Not having a market nearby and limited food options around was a drawback. Plus, it was way too pricey for me.

Loved everything, staff, location, ease of getting there, room was clean, comfortable, well equipped, convenient to restaurants to walk to or have delivered, CVS just around the corner, rail station right there, short walk to the PATH rail, coffee shop just around the corner, riverfront for walking right there, great view of NYC, nothing but praise for this hotel and Jersey City!!!!

The location convenience
I was unhappy that when I arrived I was initially given a room that was already occupied. I had to go back down and ask for another room. Also the new room was on a lower floor and smelled stale.

Convenient - though in a location with poor lighting for a walk from train station at night, comfortable, easy. Good for a room to sleep in .

Really nice hotel with a prime location. Room was better than I thought it would be. Staff were really kind and helpful.
The only downside is the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and springy. They did offer to provide an extra duvet to pad it out but still uncomfortable. We only stayed for one night so was okay.

The suite aspect worked for our party. The view on the NYC side was wonderful.
The information about the parking availability is misleading. What I read said $25 per day which I interpreted as 24 hours- not only overnight and only for an hour after checkout. We planned our trip to include a few hours for lunch and sightseeing afterwards but it would mean moving the car. The manager offered a concession but it did not give us sufficient time to do what we planned.
