The breakfast was nice. Most comfortable hotel bed/pillows ever. Conveniently located to the American Dream mall and MetLife stadium. Staff is kind.
The elevators are so slow. The property is a little dated.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location close to Walmart and plenty of dinning options across the road. Was also an only a short walk to the bus stop to get into New York City.
There seemed to be lot of people (guests) hanging around in the hallways of the hotel for hours at a time having conversations/arguments. Felt intimating and unsafe at times walking to our room.

Good water pressure.
The staff was rude and unaccommodating. Unfriendly and extremely harsh when asked to use amenities before check-in. When called out on rude behavior, the manager eventually apologized.

The room was very clean, the overall hotel was nice. It was cozy. And quiet.
Although the the hotel was very clean, cozy and quiet. 808 dollars for 2 nights was a bit much. Even though it was 10-15 min drive from American Dream Mall and Metlife Stadium. On top of that, the plumbing needs alot of work. THE SHOWER in particular, there was no pressure. The cooler the water got the less pressure it had. The hotter the more pressure, I dont think id be booking this hotel again for my next trip to metlife.

Staff was treated, beds good
The noise in the room above mine was horrible, sounded like loud thumps. Shower was handicap accessible and I couldn’t regulate the temperature. A cool shower is not fun not all the water coming out on to the floor. It was overpriced with those conditions
