Location
Front desk staff was very cold, uninviting, unaccommodating and unfriendly. Rooms for the price we paid was subpar, breakfast not included only a 15% off coupon which didn?t make a difference since prices were marked up horribly compared to restaurants

Noisy location, the room was not very clean, had a stinky odor. Bathroom did not work. Staff was not helpful or courteous when telling them of problems. Overall gross

Location
Noise coming from panel near window didnt happen all the time but it did.
Not having a pool or hot tub.
Some of the waitress we would ask for something like Sal, pepper, and sugar packets and would just bring the salt and pepper. Had to get up and get it from another table. This happened a few times, another time we asked for straws and a cup for the baby and straws were brought but no cup, had to ask for it again and then we got 2 cups.

The room was comfortable and clean.
I was with a number of other people. The hotel (or booking.com) messed up EVERY SINGLE RESERVATION. It was unbelievable! Mine was the least of the snafus- I had paid extra for breakfast included, but was nevertheless charged for breakfast on my credit card. The room was comfortable and clean but the walls were paper thin and I could hear toilets flushing, and people talking in adjacent rooms. There was also a steady flow of sirens outside. I guess thats not the hotels fault but I would have liked to been warned so I could have booked my room on the end of the hotel. I also couldnt figure out how to get beyond the guide on the TV to actually watch it. Instructions would have been nice. Finally, my room phone was flashing as though I had a message, but I couldnt figure out how to pick up the message or get the red flashing button to stop. Thats a lot of complaints for staying in a room one night!

The breakfast was nice.
Where do I begin! I was over charged, even though I booked on booking.com. A lot of the staff were rude. Very slow service, when asking for something you have to request. Very poor service. Wouldn't recommend.

Fir me, the location, close to Teterboro airport was ideal. I have stayed here before. Some good views of the New York City skyline (ask for a skyline view room). Very comfortable. Good breakfast and dining available also.
It is pricey but, given its facilities and location that is probably to be expected.

Room shower was cold and took a long time to get warm. The thermostat didnt work in the room. The ongoing traffic noise was loud and impacted my ability to sleep
