What I liked most was the cleanliness and the actual proximity to Manhatten. It was a great location and distance from American Dream mall.
We did not like the breakfast food. The potatoes were hard,the sausage was not tasty and the eggs were bland.

The hotel is located in a respectable neighborhood on the Hudson River. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, catering to all needs. The bathrooms and beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is adequate, but the space is a bit cramped and chaotic, and the variety is weak compared to other hotels. Coffee is available 24 hours, but the lack of a vending machine is truly disappointing! Sometimes no coffee, sometimes cold?
The reception staff should receive customer relations training; some act as if they are busy with other tasks to avoid greeting you. This is something that should not be overlooked!
A typical American breakfast; you won't go hungry (those accustomed to Mediterranean breakfasts can order cheese and olives from outside). Things get a bit chaotic when it's crowded in the limited space. This is part of the job; smiling is essential.
The hotel is close to shops such as TJMaxx, Marshalls, Sephora, CVS, and others. If you need clothes, you're in the right place; they offer a diverse and rich selection. Go early and allow plenty of time to explore thoroughly, you can find branded items at reasonable prices.
There is a bus service to downtown New York City. The bus leaves from a stop near the hotel and drops you off in about 25-30 minutes. (A one-way ticket is $5.30, a bit expensive. Contactless credit cards work without any problems, don't bother with tickets.)
The area is safe; you can return from your sightseeing tour whenever you want. There was no view from our room (this didn't bother us too much, we only used it for sleeping), we stayed for 10 days; overall everything was smooth, clean, tidy and effortless.
Recommended for those who don't mind commuting to New York City by bus every day. You need to consider the price-value ratio. *The hotel never responds to emails or messages sent via the app; you only find out this when you arrive at the hotel. *The $150 deposit is refunded 7-8 days after check-out, don't worry.
