I liked the room, the breakfast options, in general the staff is very professional, proactive and friendly, specially the breakfast team and the front desk, they all speak very good Spanish and English, an added value.
During my 9 days stay in August 2025, we stay here during my family vacations and the facilities/location was very convenient. I really liked and enjoy the kitchenette in the room.
The mattress in the sofa bed was not comfortable. I reported to the manager and due to a confusion with my reservation, they couldn’t change me to a two bed room. we worked it out, but it was very uncomfortable.
Always review your final bill, before leaving I was extra charged and I had to call to the hotel and speak to the manager to receive my reimbursement for the overcharge.

Location was excellent, staff was friendly. My husband and son would have liked the breakfast to offer waffles on the weekdays instead of just on the weekend.
Heat in the room rarely worked properly, even after the tech installed a new filter.

The room was nice. The staff were great. The location was just what we needed.
The construction that was going on in the check-in area was disruptive. In spite of that, the staff at the front desk did everything they could to check us in quickly and have us on our way.

Location was pretty decent in terms of accessibility. Room was very spacious and with all necessary amenities. Felt like home rather than hotel. All facilities were in good condition. Room service very good. Staff friendly and supportive.
BREAKFAST ORGANISATION. It was terrible. After 8-8.30am it was hard to find a free spot. Sometimes we had to start eating standing. Every day had to wait for something: cutlery, plates, glasses, foods, pastry, fruits.
You guys need to think over how to arrange it better. That is the main reason I wouldn't come here again and will OK for another option.

Excellent location in a safe area with lots of shopping and restaurants in the general vicinity. The view of the City from the upper floors is amazing! Took the bus into the Port Authority drop off for our time in the City - so easy! Bonus is, bus drops you right off at the hotel! Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back this Spring for college tours.

The breakfasts were good, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The bus stop is very close, and there is a great view of New York.”
The heater in the hotel room was extremely loud, roaring like a jet engine. It was especially noisy at night and made it very difficult to sleep.”

Very Good
We liked the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the breakfast. We had a car so we traveled part of the time by car and part by bus, the bus stop is very close to the hotel. There is also a shopping center near the hotel, several restaurants, and shops.

Jamie at the front desk was so helpful. We had to get ready for a wedding and she got us a room as soon as one was available. Instead of leaving Homewood in a state of anxiety - we were relaxed, calm and on time. Thanks to her understanding and professionalism, we enjoyed the event. Also the accommodations were terrific - spotless , spacious and comfortable.
While the breakfast was good. The toasters were not well functioning. Half barely toasted, and the other half didn't work!

Quiet location, clean and comfortable suite, well equipped kitchen, privacy.
The AC unit was too loud. We could hear our neighbors’ units as well. If someone is sensitive to this, it might cause sleeping issues. Luckily the weather cooled down and units were not on all night long. One of the shared bathrooms near the lobby was unusable due to cleaning issues. Our suite was perfect!

The lobby was clean, welcoming and well lit. The staff we interacted with was friendly. Our room was a nice size for a group of 4.
Housekeeping didn't do the best job. They didn't replenish toliet paper or body wash. I had to go downstairs and ask for toliet paper. I didn't bother asking for the body wash to be replenished since people in our group had their own. I did mention the body wash to the front desk at check out. I was told we have to ask them for it. I found that strange since it is permanently affixed to the wall but okay. Even though it was less than 8 miles from Times Square. It takes at least 40 to 45 minutes to get to in a car.

My husband and I were staying in the hotel for a drs appointment the next morning at NYP. Parking situation for handicapped person was awful. Room felt unclean. Would never stay here again. Why was I charged a $150 security deposit. It had better be canceled.
