Great location with good quality and affordable prices. Nice and helpful front desk and tasty breakfasts. Great recommendation for families traveling to sightsee NYC. 30 minutes by 158 line to Port authority.

Lobby: good place to socialize with family that was also staying at the hotel. Breakfast bar and social hour was excellent too. Easy access to fast casual dining as well.

Modern,clean friendly staff,location and complimentary breakfast.
The only downside was that the Sauna was not operational during our week long stay. We brought this to the front desks attention but it was obviously deemed unimportant as the problem was not rectified. We had intended to make daily use of this facility after long busy days in New York City and was one of the primary reasons we chose this otherwise excellent hotel.

The bathroom is clean and the complimentary liquid soaps are nice. They smell good. Its actually the first time I tried hotel shampoo. I never use them coz they often doesnt smell nice. :)) the room is clean as well. I also love that there is a bus stop near the hotel which made it easier for us to travel to and fro nyc. The breakfast is nice as well. Not very many choices but just enough.
I did not like how the staff spoke to me when I arrived. Apparently I had an issue with the credit card that I used. It was declining. Some technical issue coz I was using a non-US card. But the guy on the front desk was talking to me as if he was in a hurry to charge my whole stay in the hotel even if I have just arrived. It was like I was going to escape and not pay for my stay. It was quite appalling given that I havent even entered the hotel room yet and we were from a long flight. Its the first time I experienced such treatment from a hotel staff. It was very unpleasant specially when there were other hotel guest hearing what he was saying. It was quite humiliating and the manner of his approach was not very warm and welcoming.
Sad story. But, oh well. Not every experience will be pleasant every time. I just hope he would learn how to treat guests with respect and warmth regardless of what they look like or where they came from.
Nonetheless, the other hotel staff were nice specially the ladies on the desk when we checked out. Thanks!

Location was great, shops and restaurants were a bonus. Breakfast room was very clean and organized. Loved the full sized refrigerator in the room.

Kind staff and good location to access to NYC. River view might be good although my room was NJ city view. Good facilities including gym and free wifi, parking and breakfast.
2 falsy fire alarms at night between 9~11 pm during my 4 nights stay. it was annoying

Breakfast choices were standard, waffles, eggs, cereal, etc, but good. The location was good. Not exactly in the city, but close enough with easy access to public transportation. I wish I had the name of the front desk lady with the long reddish brown hair, but she was EXTREMELY helpful in terms of navigating exactly how we could get to wherever we wanted to go in the city. She was just awesome!
