Exceptional
The amenities were fantastic—having a kitchenette, plenty of outlet and charging options, ample seating, a safe, extra towels and blankets, a great shower, and a wonderful view made for a very comfortable stay. Coming back after the concert to a fully stocked area for hot tea and snacks was on point, and having plenty of luggage carts available at checkout made leaving seamless. The front desk staff and trainees on duty were exceptionally respectful, apologetic, and genuinely tried their best. The property’s cleanliness was impressive across the board: the lobby was impeccable, clean, inviting, and beautifully decorated, and the elevators, hallways, fitness center, pool area, and the room itself were all remarkably clean and neat. The location, ample parking, and overall convenience make it a great choice for events at MetLife Stadium.
There was an initial wait upon arrival, which seemed to stem from a serious computer system glitch regarding room assignments. I hope management can look into this from a preventative standpoint to avoid similar communication and coordination issues between the front desk and housekeeping teams for future guests.

Wonderful
Location was great. The breakfast east morning had hot and cold selections. The room was clean.
The toilet “ghost flushed” every 10 minutes. I turned off the water in day 2.

Convenient to MetLife Stadium for concert and free breakfast in the morning with a lot of varieties. Also plaza close to hotel if you need anything. Room was clean and spacious. Love the layout of the suite! Customer service 5 stars. Would definitely stay again!
Nothing! Top notch!

Disappointing
Proximity to the stadium and mall/resteraunts in the area
For starters, I originally requested a top level room. I ended up with a room on the 2nd floor. The room was not the cleanest. Paint peeling from the ceiling, we heard mice in the walls at night. The bathroom needs to be refreshed. The toilet sits low, the toilet seat would not stay up on its own and needed to be held up. The shower had water spots and rust at the fixtures. The pillows flattened out as we slept and the bed was not comfortable, I woke up with a sore back every morning.

Wonderful
An excellent "convenience store" right in the lobby, well stocked even down to wine and liquor, with good prices. A great location minutes from the Meadowlands sports complex and the American Dream Mall, which is practically a vacation destination in itself
