Disappointing
How close it was to MetLife Stadium!
The smell when you walk into the hotel, especially the room. The night staff guy was very rude and not approachable!

Location, it was our first time to this area and we were going to a concert at Met Life. Beds were comfortable
The front desk had a constant beeping sound that was unpleasant to listen to (even in morning having breakfast) felt bad for front desk employees having to listen to it. The free breakfast tasted disappointing.

Location. Very close to met life parking.
The room and breakfast were good. However, the check-in experience with the front desk employee Denzel was terrible. He was extremely rude and kept trying to process my card as a debit card, even though it was a credit card. As a result, the card didn’t work, and I had to go to a bank to withdraw cash to pay for my stay because they dont have tap or any other payment method
He didn’t even apologize afterward. Overall, a very poor customer service experience.

Staff was wonderful, friendly, easy to communicate with. They truly made this such a comfortable experience! The room itself was comfortable, extremely clean and, despite the hotel being older, they were able to make such a quality experience for us.
The hotel is, as the reviews say, a bit older so certain things are dated. The thermostat was at a good temperature but, when we tried to make it colder, it didn't really feel very strong - But it wasn't too bad and the preset temperature was good for most.

Disappointing
The location to Met Life and American Dream Mall was very good
There was quite a bit of hair in tub and on bathroom floor. Stains and holes in drapes. The hallway walls were pretty banged up. Most disappointing was that breakfast, which was included ,ended at 9am. Most guests like me were there for the Bruno Mars show and got in late. I came down at 9:30 to grab something to bring back up to the kids in the room. A man at the desk was very nice and offered to make me something but the entire breakfast area was dark, everything was gone and a woman was mopping the floor. They should probably make it clear when you check in to get down before 9.

Location was great! The shuttle service to the mall was super convenient and our driver, Henry was the best!
Breakfast was included with our stay and offered a great selection!

Breakfast was fine. Enjoyed the coffee.
The Air conditioner unit was disturbingly loud which prevented a sound sleeping experience. Spots on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet resembling urine stains were observed. Overall musty odor suggests an older building and may benefit from carpet cleaning.

The location was great to American Dream Mall, we were literally 5 minutes away. The continental breakfast was decent. And the staff was very nice.
The beds weren't as comfortable as I would like, and the hotel on the inside looks nothing like the pictures. It could use some updates to the carpet and decor.

iron was missing, but the lady was helpful in getting me another one from their storage/work room, the fridge was off, because there was no power in the outlet, I had to switch. had to tap the key multiple times to get the door open.
