The location was very close to the American dream hotel. Plus, this hotel had free parking! Also, the staff was incredibly friendly!!!!
The hotel's beds were pretty uncomfortable - but it met our family's needs to our vacation.

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was nice!
Loved the close proximity to the American Dream Mall and the fact that the bus stop to NYC was right out front.
Had a problem with a leak in the bathroom but the maintenance guy was great and came right away to fix it as best he could.

The bathroom was filthy. Upon entering, the shower and bathroom floor was covered in hair to the point that we bought Clorox wipes from a gas station to wipe down the shower and other surfaces.

Excellent location. Value for money and fast transportation to NY (the bus stop is outside of the hotel. Very clean room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The actual rating is 2 stars, not 3. Nevertheless, the hotel is very clean both in the room and in other areas. Daily change of towels. Very friendly staff. The room is equipped with a toilet, a bathtub with a shower, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, everything works as it should. The only small complaint I have is the breakfast, it was weak - nothing fresh (except bananas), no salami, no cheese... sometimes even toasted bread was not available. Coffee and juice good. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively - except for the average breakfast, everything was fine. The fee for using a credit card at the reception is 20 USD (!) The bus 160, 163,164 that goes to Manhattan (3 zones for 4.50 USD) stops right outside the hotel, it is quite difficult to find the bus stop back from Manhattan :)
