The property was very close to a lot of the attractions me and my family wanted to see.
Wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. Our door to our room was a bit off. It wouldn’t close all the way then if you closed it too far the key wouldn’t unlock the door. Plus the refrigerator wasn’t working.

Very close to American Dream and Met Stadium (about a 7 minute drive), Free breakfast for guest, spacious room, comfortable beds, and I love that you have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Front desk who checked us in was phenomenal! He answered our questions and even gave us thing to do outside of the mall! After addressing the stained washcloths and hair in the tub, the staff came right away!
I didnt like that our washcloths had stains on them and there was hair in the tub. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Light switch at the door did not work.

Nothing- the room was not what was advertised on the internet.
Internet advertised one thing but the hotel was nothing compared to the advertising. Overcharged for poor quality.

The location was very convenient and free parking
The breakfast was very poor and there were too many students and were using all the spots in the breakfast area even if they were not eating they used all the tables and left not place for other guests.

I liked that the customer service rep was friendly and helpful at check-in. I liked that I was able to get a room on the first floor for convenience. I liked that there was parking available at all times.
There was a creepy man (customer) at the front desk while I was checking in that at first I thought was being friendly, but then he was actually hitting on me while I had my toddler with me and after I told him I was married. He even told me he was married and he kept making advances, it really made me uncomfortable. The customer service rep apologized even though it wasn't his fault, we cannot control people's behavior, but needless to say, it ruined my entire stay because I didn't know how far he was willing to go, so I felt unsafe.

Wonderful
The small gym was nice and not an amenity usually found in this class of hotels.
The bathroom was a little short and on counter space but not bad. The alarm clock time was off and could only be set via some iPhone app.
