The male staff who check in for us was super friendly, so sad, I forgot his name. He was the one who speak a bit fast and has energy all time.

The staff were very nice and helpful.
You could feel the springs in the mattresses when you moved. The wallpaper was falling off the walls. The curtain was missing a panel so window couldn’t be blocked out. Very low water pressure in the shower.

The rep who checked us in was very pleasant.
We did not even stay once we entered the room. It was room 303. There were stains on the pillow and sheets. There was a stain on the chair. There was no way the room was cleaned. The door to the staircase had electrical tape holding it together and only one elevator was working. It was disgusting. I would never let my kids stay here. We ended up packing up and booking and staying down the road at springhill suites which cost me close to $500.00. I don’t mind if a hotel is old but not having clean sheets is absolutely disgusting.

Our family had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel, and there were so many things we appreciated:
• The breakfast was rich and delicious, with a variety of options—including gluten-free choices that my older daughter especially liked.
• The coffee was excellent and became a daily treat.
• The hotel’s location was very convenient, with easy access to the bus stop and Port Authority, which made getting around simple and stress-free.
• We loved the practical amenities like the ice machine, iron and ironing board, and especially the washer and dryer—plus the thoughtful detail of selling quarters at the front desk.
• Most of all, we were touched by the friendliness of the staff. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude made us feel truly welcome and cared for.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like, everything was thoughtfully arranged and the staff were wonderful. If we had to mention one small thing, it would be the room size. Since we stayed for two weeks with our two adult daughters, a slightly larger room would have made things even more comfortable. But overall, we were very happy and grateful for the experience.

Everything was perfect. Microwave in room, breakfast, location.
Be careful about location. It’s in the middle of nowhere. It’s perfect for me. But ….
It’s near railway, and trains whistle around the clock.
Once more. It doesn’t matter for me.
