The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient for trips into New York City and for events at MetLife Stadium. The value you get for the price is excellent. Getting into the city is easy; several buses run from just outside the hotel directly to Port Authority, and from there, Times Square is only moments away. A quick tip: be sure to check the bus schedules for your return trip from Port Authority after 7:30 PM, as the gates can change based on the time.
Overall, everything was great. My only suggestion would be to change the bedsheets at least twice for stays longer than a week. But honestly, I truly enjoyed my stay. It was a top-notch experience!

Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean and quiet. The AC and WIFI worked fine. We were in the 5th floor.
The location has easy access to public transit, If you are attending an event in Metlife or you want to visit American Dream mall very close and easy to get there. 20 minutes ride by bus to Manhattan.
The breakfast wasn't appealing, but it was OK
The water bottle in the mini-shop to expensive

It was clean and the staff were friendly.
The coffee machine was broken, there was a broken light and the location wasn't really nice.

Location close to MetLife Stadium and bus stop outside hotel that goes directly into NYC.
Not very clean and very outdated. No room safe for valuables. Staff ok but not overly helpful. Breakfast ok but a bit chaotic.

That you did serve breakfast, but was disappointed because you had no fruit, just bananas. Would have loved to see apples, and a blend of fruits. Otherwise all is good.

Close to MetLife Stadium a short 10 mins Uber ride away. Was very comfortable for our needs and booked 10 months in advance for great price.
Breakfast was so so. There isn’t a restaurant within walking distance.

Clean and looked after. Save parking and lots of parking space. They cleaned the room everyday.
Small area for breakfast and a couple of mornings we did not have space to sit and have breakfast.

The location was close to the venue of the event we were attending. Check in/out was fast and efficient.
Breakfast is not good. The hotel was a bit outdated, but not really an issue. The hotel was very pricy.

The location, breakfast, and staff especially Joani and the curly hair guy who worked the night shift forgot his name they were very helpful with advice on locations to visit during my stay. Also very patient.
I didn't like that the hotel didn't have room service but I knew this before I booked so this wasn't a surprise.
