I like the staff was nice and understanding when thr manager wasn't there who I really wanted to see to address the issues.
Shower didn't work. The Ac was cold and when I tried to turn it off it remained on a cold and got me and mynwife sick over night. It was somebodies hair in the shower and sink as well. The small fridge had dirt in it. Also little dirt stains in the bedding. I'm so upset and it baffles me I got sick. Still have not received my 50% Back in my account or my security diposite.

Location is extremely convenient to where I was going, the front desk gentleman when I checked in was extremely helpful and kind and the complementary breakfast was standard however appreciated.
The bed skirt was ripped in a few spots, I found diapers in the drawers that must’ve been left there previously from another guest, and the dirt in the grout lines was very heavy, the grout was originally white even though in the bathroom, it is black. I only know that the grout was originally white because in the corners of the suite you can see that it was white but overtime because of the frequent use in the bathroom it got black and was dirty.
The pool water looked very murky, and I did not feel comfortable going in it.
I requested more towels because there was only 2 and there was 4 of us. I requested more sheets and they never came, went down and got them and they were damp :/

Im confused to why everything in total cost was supposed to be $399 including the taxes- and im being charged $478
im not sure why you guys charge THAT much for a room at an "ok" level. I had 4 ppl in my room yet only 2 sets of towels. when asked for more i got one set.. my daughter and i had to share our towel. Not acceptable. we attended a wedding and normally there is a block for wedding parties. You guys don't offer that i guess. I called for early check in seeing i was driving 5 hours away. I asked from beginning when i first booked the room to see if this would be acceptable. They said no problem. yet the day of i was told not really possible. Thankfully, we were able too. but the stress on the high way. I waited 45 mins on hold bc they had a customer in front of them.. I guess my issue wasnt important. something that literally took 3 mins to do.. i waited 45 mins for. Yeah i was over it before i arrived....
