Good breakfast ! not many but each all good. Drinks free stand show the kindness and is really helpful. Staff all is always supporting their guests
elevator so old, slow and noisy, sometime smell a bit (but clean and of course bring you to your places )

It was clean, comfortable and had a great breakfast. I liked how close it was to the American Dream mall and they had a shuttle to take you there.

Very clean and spacious rooms, close to the American Dream. Free shuttle to the mall.
Front desk lady seemed inconvenienced when spoken to. Even mentioned they were about to have their coffee before we arrived which felt awkward. We were asked what time we wanted our room cleaned, as it was cleaned every other day- nevertheless no-one showed up to clean the room. Boring breakfast not enough tables for guests to have breakfast.

Conveniently located near MetLife Stadium with ample guest parking. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, and the rooms were very nice. I especially appreciated that all of my special requests were taken care of prior to check-in, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable.
The staff were very stoic and not particularly welcoming. I was also surprised by the $100 incidental fee required at check-in, as this was not clearly disclosed beforehand. Additionally, my reservation was booked with the option to pay at the property, with no prepayment required; however, the property charged my payment method 48 hours before check-in. This was inconsistent with the payment option I selected when booking and should have been communicated more clearly.
