Staff was very attentive
The room itself was on the ground floor besides the gym and behind the breakfast area .I mean I literally had to stay overnight but I don’t think that’s where any hotel should have rooms located for guests .I was out of there by 8 am and I checked in around 10 pm .

The location was great for us to get to our tours for the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island leaving from the New Jersey port . It was also a great location for catching the bus-subway to NYC & a great location close to many nearby restaurants !
The washing machines were not working & the dryer double charged me … the hotel said they are not in charge of these ? So I had to email the washing machine company for a refund - not sure if I will ever see the refund ?

Location is perfect for events. The room was in excellent condition. The breakfast was pretty good. Parking was ample. They had decorations and it was a very festive vibe.
