The place was filthy. There was black mold all over the room, Cigarette burns in the blankets which was a non smoking room, the beds smelled of smoke, and there was roaches. I stayed one night and checked out. When I called the front desk to make sure I would get a refund they were very rude to me and never gave me a refund. I called booking to see if I could get reimbursed for the time I didn’t stay there and nothing came of that either. It’s very disappointing that I had to deal with all of that and lost my money.

I requested a room with double beds, when we arrived they gave us a room with double beds. When we entered the room it smelled of mildew and the entire room was damp. Upon further examination and entering the bathroom the entire ceiling had collapsed onto the floor. We went back to the front desk and the clerk was very stand offish stating they only had 1 room left with a king bed, we had no other choice but to take the room because he stayed it would take almost 2 weeks to get our money back. The room with the king bed smelled, the floor was sticky and seemed to have never been mopped, there where urine stains on the bathroom floor around the toilet. The worst part was this morning when the mattress cover came off and I noticed that the mattress was filthy, looks like it came out of a dumpster. I still feel itchy after multiple showers and multiple times washing my hair. I served 23 years in the military and slept on a plywood floor in the desert that was cleaner than this place. I have never stay at such a disgusting place and this establishment should be shut down.
