Location and the unit itself was clean and well laid out
The food and service was not as good as we expected. It was off season and it felt like they were operating on a skeleton crew. Price was extremely high for the quality.

Bed was too soft and there were insufficient facilities for hanging bath towels. Cost was high, especially dinners, so we chose to eat elsewhere except for breakfast which was OK.

Disappointing
The outside deck at the boat club restaurant and that’s about it
Very very dated with very poor house keeping, crisp remnants on floor when we turned up and still there when we left, coffee wasn’t replaced or cups cleaned but towels replaced but the ones hanging up not taken away. hit or miss service in the bar / restaurant. Either overly pushy or slow
Room could be either freezing but the noise was unbearable or roasting no middle ground and sounded like a generator outside the room going all night
Incredibly uncomfortable bed and pillows (even worse than Old Faithful Innwhich is saying something)
Think we got hot water once out of 8 showers we had there between us.
