Pleasant
An older but comfy resort lodge.
Not the best location for making an early arrival to Glacier National Park. The staff was a mixed bag. The bartender was super friendly and helpful, the front desk person not so much. Expected the location to be much more scenic than it was.

Everything about Kandahar was perfect! The people, the room, the restaurant. It felt exactly as a mountain lodge should feel. I am already hoping to come back next year in the winter!

Wonderful, remote location. A quick drive to town, but away from it all.
Convenient to have breakfast included. Several good options. Also nice to have a restaurant and a little pub onsite. Beautiful landscaping around the premises.
There’s no elevator and all the guest rooms are upstairs. We didn’t mind, but it would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Very comfortable hotel with a western resort vibe.
Google Maps directed us to the upper level, rear of the property. Don’t know what you can do about that.

Everything was fabulous! Very welcoming staff, large but cozy lobby with fireplace, loved the food & special huckleberry coulis, roomy & quiet accommodations with a/c too, had everything we needed & more! Would definitely stay here again.

The resort is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Knowing it is used as a ski resort, the traveling up the mountain was a bit of a drive.

The Staff was wonderful. They jumped right in and helped carry our bags upstairs to our room!! Never had service like that before!
The lobby was so cozy with the fire going. Very relaxing.

Chairs and living space inside room made the room livable. Room was quit, beds and linens high quality and comfortable.
Two queen sized beds in ro would have been better served with one king. Had to sleep in separate beds because otherwise only one exit through bottom of bed instead of side exit to get up in the middle of the night.

Beautiful old building. Romantic well kept lounge and public area
Loft could not be cooled AC works but the upper loft where the beds was extremely warm. They should put a second AC unit in the upper level of the room.

Very unique lodge close to the ski resort that was very quiet. Loved all the wood work throughout the lodge. Breakfast was simple but nice.
Fitness center was jam packed with old and broken equipment. Very outdated and possibly even dangerous. Looked like a giant storage room of old equipment people got rid of out of their homes. Property is a little dated and could use some makeover.

The Lodge is beautiful, plenty of common areas and the staff at check in personable and willing to help. The Lodge offered options others don't.
