Disappointing
The pool and other amenities were not available. There was no hot water or even warm water during our stay so we used wash clothes instead of the shower and got out quickly. The power was out, making the room stuffy and stinky without ventilation and no laundry facilities for cleaning our wet, muddy hiking clothes. We still had to pay the high resort price despite having such a bad experience. I tried to talk to the staff and they didn’t care. I tried to send a message afterward and didn’t get a response.

There was a private function happening and parking was at a premium. Hotel guests should have designated spots so they don’t have to haul their luggage so far.
