Pool closed too early and opened too late. Furniture is getting worn down, expected for the price of the room for there to have been better care of the furniture.

the location
room was not clean, floor felt dirty. bed was and bedding were very cheap, lumpy pillows , scratchy sheets. the mattress didn't even fit on the frame correctly. seemed to me like they gave us a staff room , first floor right outside of the kitchen for the restaurant! I was shocked! we only stayed one night or I would have demanded a new room. way overpriced!

Location was great.
Walls were very thin. Could hear people talking and the tv next door.
A lot of door slamming. Fitted sheet on bed really worn and should be replaced.
Restaurant menu is limited so didn’t want to eat there.

Location, beautiful building, stunning lounge area & lovely room. The hot tub roof terrace was an added bonus!
Downside …No breakfast facilities! Which wasn’t explained on arrival, we were just advised be here the breakfast area was.& the times it was open., although a limited selection of items were available from the bar area which were at an extra cost. For a hotel of this standard we were very surprised!

The Firebrand is centrally located in downtown Whitefish, with easy walking to restaurants, bars and Amtrak station. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was great.

Great location, very nice staff, clean rooms, everything was on time.
Some of the renewables e.g. carpeting is separate could be replaced just a little freshened up.

Fantastic location, comfortable and quiet!
No tea or coffee in the lobby. Obviously they want guests to go to their restaurant and pay for that instead, but to be honest it just incentivized me to leave the hotel and go out for breakfast and coffee.
