The location was great. Staff was excellent. The room for the price was awesome. Will stay again!
Bathroom door would not shut. In room hot tub had some sticky spilled liquid. The tile around the tub was not swept. This won't keep me from staying again.

Loved the location, river property, large balcony, yogurt bowls were amazing, the ducks, wildlife, fireplace in lobby and ambiance of the inn and the most luxurious comforter to cuddle up with at night.
Wonderful Inn and would start again in a heartbeat!
Room was hot and sheets were scratchy. Not the duck inns fault it was so warm outside and I should have put on the AC. Website also promised waffles/ but yogurt bowl was such a lovely surprise. Loved eating breakfast in the lobby with the fireplace and watching the deer walk the river. Wonderful place!

Staff was very friendly. Coffee was excellent. The bed was super comfortable. Also, the location was perfect.
It’s a little bit dated and worn but basically clean so it was not a big deal

the room was nice with a balcony. the location was good, close to downtown.
there is NOT staff on site. therefore when you do have an issue it can not be handled. We did not have a remote for the TV and we could not operate the tv manually. we tested the owner and they were not able to resolve the issue because they do not have staff available.

It was very clean and very comfortable and we had a patio that overlooked the river and the breakfast was outstanding.
So the only thing that I can say, i didn’t like was the front door lock keypad it was a little difficult to use . When I talked to the manager about it they told me that was getting changed out. This property is contactless check-in, which was different, but it was fine so I wouldn’t really even consider that a negative.

Very charming, quaint hotel with beautiful view over the river and conveniently located within walking distance of grocery stores/pharmacy. Bed and breakfast was wonderful and also made multiple trips into the downtown quite easily as well as walking to the lake / walking trails
Everything was great and staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive
