Incredibly convenient location. Very comfortable beds. High quality linens. Covered parking in designated spot. Steps to great restaurants.

Building is. not much to look at from the outside but inside the apartment is first class.

The location was great, and the condo was very comfortable.

The coin op laundry had different prices on different machines and the dryer wasn't taking coins.

Wonderful

Location is excellent relative to dining and shopping downtown. Condo was clean, complete and modern. Covered, off-street parking was appreciated on the day it rained. Communication with property manager was easy.

Nice to have the portable A/C, however the cool air had trouble reaching the bedrooms during the unusually warm stretch we were there.

The condo is small but quaint, nice touches like a welcome bottle of wine and cold beer in the fridge! Also nice to have an ironing board and iron. The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work but there’s a coffee shop next door so no big deal. There was also a small drip coffee maker. Beds are comfortable, place was clean, kitchen tiny but sufficient. You can walk anywhere from there, very centrally located.

The kitchen table and chairs might need replacing soon, they’re a bit wobbly and creaky. The close proximity to the train tracks makes it noisy if you want to have the windows open at night.
