The rooms were spacious. The heat could be regulated: not too hot or too cold. Breakfast was very good.
Nice gaming room (Fußball and video games). Nice hot tub outside.
There was an odd odor in the hallway and in our bathroom.

The location to downtown area and train depot was ideal. The breakfast offered was nice along with the laundry services available.

Everything! Location wise it's not in downtown area but they have shuttle that scheduled every hour that takes you to downtown area and there's Safeway n Food 1 store nearby along with other shops n restaurants, lobby was nice and cozy, they have game room
Room was spacious n cozy with good soundproofing and amenities, coffee, tea n water refilling station in lobby area, outdoor pool and hot tub, small gym and free use of washing machine n dryer
Breakfast was ok with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes, waffle machine, yoghurt, pastries, oatmelas packets, apples, bananas, more that enough to get you started

Going up and down the sketchy elevator. Wobbly foot rest that my kid fell off of and literally broke his wrist—we went to the ER at 3am and it was confirmed.
