Our room was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t completely up to date, but not terribly out of date. Our bed/pillows were excellent. I appreciated the extra space in the closet area for suitcases. The refrigerator kept our perishable items cold, which is important when storing items that need to be kept at temps like a regular refrigerator. The breakfast was delicious and comprehensive, especially for my gluten free and dairy free kids. Thank you for having options!

Toilet didn’t work If you are fussy on cotton sheets they are very synthetic but okay

It was very well kept and clean. The gentleman who was working the night shift was awesome. I had to change my room to the first floor because my Dad was traveling for placement into a rehab facility after breaking his hip. We switched to a handicapped suite. The employee was kind, understanding and you could tell he was genuinely happy to help. What a great guy!

- it was kind of annoying that the streets were closed around it for road construction- but obviously that is nothing within Best Westerns control
