Location. Nice staff.
We stayed in cabin 27. Booking description did not mention there is another floor with other accommodation on top. It was too noisy. There was intermittent noise as if someone was nailing something (may be it was from heating or plumbing problem). The floor upstairs is creeky. Overall we could not sleep the whole night after a tiring day in the national park. Plus the WIFI was not working. The shower is as water is coming out of a tap.

Folks at reception were super friendly and helpful. Offering great suggestions for places to eat & things to do.
I had difficulty working the fireplace in my unit, but that was the only thing.

Great location in West Yellowstone as close as possible to the entrance. The cabins were spacious and very clean/comfortable.

Staff were available and friendly. The room was very clean and simply adorable. The decorations were perfect. The location to the park entrance was right around the corner. The room had a lot of light, good cell signal, very well maintained. Beautiful craftsmanship in the woodwork. The layout of the cabin was great with plenty of room. The area and room was very quiet.
The mattresses could have been softer.

Bed was comfortable and good location to Yellowstone Park.
We had no hot water in the shower the first morning. They felt bad and immediately got us another cabin.
The unique bed frame was hand made exotic driftwood, and featuring wizzards was odd. Wizzards everywhere in the cabin. Not restful.
Second cabin was better. Was a cowboy theme with another unique bed frame and a wooden canopy. Not bad, but if their web had pictures of any of this, I would have declined.

The idea of the individual cabins was very cute and unique. It was decorated nicely and the bed was cozy.
The whole cabin was on a terrific slant with the bathroom so affected, the door wouldn't stay open. The fireplace didn't work and there was no answer in the office when I called for assistance. There wasn't a strong enough wi-fi signal to watch TV.

The Manager (forgot her name) and Daisy who checked us in were super nice and helpful.
Nice cabin feel.
The mattress was worn out making it a bad sleep and the sheets were synthetic litterally making sparks while moving under them; again unfortunately a bad sleep.

No one at the location to get checked in. needed to call the number on the door. then waited about 10 minutes before someone arrived. the person that did arrive was very courteous an got us into our cabin quickly.
Wifi was intermittent. they were still in the clean up process after a big snowstorm, so we missed out on the hot tub.

Cabins were comfortable and quiet. We were in the off season for Yellowstone so also affordable
Heater in bathroom didn't work. Only provided 1 small soap and 2 towels for the week.
