Bathroom was clean and handicap accessible as requested. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable.
Homeless camp across the street from lobby made me very nervous about safety of the location. Outside door to room needed repair of weatherstripping hanging loose, curtain was missing pins so it would not close properly and keep put the light. air conditioner was very old and did not run well.

The room was a good size and clean but a bit dark. Beds were comfortable.
The view was looking at homeless people living on the streets. On one day they were having a full on fight. The hotel is far away from facilities ie food shops. It would be a 20 minute walk to get some groceries. Breakfast was barely average.

The pricing was decent.
Homeless shelter across the parking lot, Homeless individuals everywhere, camping across the street, we watched them tear a fence apart for firewood. The 2nd night we needed to step outside our exterior door to go to our car parked 6 feet away, to see there were cops everywhere with rifle-like firearms,, multiple cop cars in the parking lot and we were clearly indicated to, that we were not to come out as it was interfering with whatever was going on. I dont think we could have picked a slummier spot in Bozeman to stay (location-wise). It felt very unsafe and run down. As for the room itself, the beds were extremely soft, but pillows so thick you couldn't use them. We pushed the overstuffed chair in front of the exterior exit door each night, not trusting the locks to hold. Would never stay here again, spend whatever extra it takes, and stay anywhere else in Bozeman.

Poor
The hotel is across the street from a warming center. We wound up not staying the night and found other accommodations due to 3 cop cars and an ambulance pulling up right when we did. Did not feel safe

Nothing great to say. It was a room.
Large Homeless camp directly across from lobby didn't feel safe. My 13 year old son saw a woman walking around completely naked. People constantly walking around parking lot. Unfortunatly- There was nothing stocked for the breakfast so we didn't eat I felt like I paid for that convience and I should have been reimbursed. Front desk at check out was sketchy and unfriendly.

The staff were nice and friendly. We were given a king-size bed for 3 people, so he found us a cot because they were fully booked.
The hotel was across the street from a homeless shelter where the people were camped in tents and sleeping on the sidewalk. They had a fire going in a BBQ grill. . They were standing around outside of the hotel. It was a bit sketchy.
The breakfast was just convenient store food we were to microwave. We didn't eat it.

Everyone loves the waterslide of course!
The room was clean and comfortable
The location isn’t terrible. Bozeman is still a safer homeless population than bigger cities.

the staff who changed the room assigned to us for the one we asked for in the booking was nice
it is across from a homeless shelter, there were drugs and drinking and screaming and semi nudity there, we felt that we needed to remove EVERY object from our car (even the dirty laundry from a 10 day trip) so nothing would get stolen. The pool and spa were "closed for repairs" and I had specifically booked here for them no discount was offered. Our message about needing no stairs was ignored and could only be fixed because counter staff was nice and we checked in before it was late.

Breakfast not good, and all the food was taken in back packs by construction workers. I toll the front desk, but I was toll that that happens on a regular basis.
homeless encampment across the street, room smell like someone cook fish in the room, tv. dint work they try to take care but can't figure out the problem, we were put on another room, and we have the same problem with the tv. they came to fix it but again won't work but I figure it out and got it work. carpet in the room is torn. not a place will want to stay aging .

They had an indoor pool with a slide for the kids. I slept in and missed breakfast but they do have one. Location was right off of i-90. There were lots of restaurants and things around the hotel. The beds are super comfortable and supportive! I got a great night's sleep. The staff was super friendly! Lots to like about this hotel.
There's a homeless shelter across the street so there were lots of people just hanging around outside, right across the street from the lobby of the hotel. However, at night it was quiet and felt safe.
