Staff was exceptional. the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. When we mentioned a slow drain, they immediately sent someone for fix it...and gave us a bag of treats for the inconvenience. Impressive.
The room was rather small and stuffy.

The rooms were big enough for three people. We checked in a little early but they were ready with our rooms even before 3. The staff was supportive and helped us to check in.
We had to catch an early morning flight the next day. So we missed the breakfast. Maybe there should be an option to get packed breakfast for people checking out early.

Breakfast was ok. They were running out of items and the counters and tables needed cleaning.
The first room we were given had not been cleaned yet. The second room had a lot of dirt and debris right outside the door on the carpets. The hallway carpets had not been vaccumed.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. There was a coffee pot with pods in the room. The breakfast wasn't fully set up at 6. The pool was warm!
The hot tub had something in it that produced bubbles like a bubble bath, we could not use the jets because the bubbles started overflowing the hot tub. There were no markings as to where things were( pool, Ice machine, room numbers).
The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, the water would not get very hot even when turned all the way up. The control to turn the the water to shower was broke.

Hotel was in a great location the breakfast looked good although I didn't take advantage of that. Hotel staff was friendly. Interesting room layouts as the hotel seems to be shaped like a diamond as you get off the hotel elevator

Modern decor, location
It took three tries to get me into an open room that had been cleaned. They also moved my belongings while I was out to switch my room to an exact same room. Unclear why they didn’t just assign that room to the people who got my room.
