Everyone was nice, breakfast was great. Rooms were comfortable. I liked that you could have juice and cookies any time. The pool area looked nice but we didn't get to use it.
The hotel was a little run down. The carpet in the hall was stretched out so much that it made a bit of a tripping hazard.

Breakfast was adequate.
Bins and towels changed every 2 days(that was the extent of the cleaning), windows were very thin so it was very noisy, also I booked in booking.com and after paying previous to my stay the hotel tried to charge my card for the entire amount again.

Staff were good. Breakfast was ok, not great
It wasn't clean that well. Smelly cleaning products. Very noisy room with traffic, plastic wrapped cups to try to locate for sink area? No bars in shower for older people.
