Disappointing
It was dated and far less than inspiring.
Location was horrible, located right next to interstate. Trucks kept interrupting my sleep. Finally put music on from my phone for white noise.

As other reviews have said, the hotel is not new. However, it is extremely clean, had a very comfortable bed, and the staff was extremely friendly. Don't be fooled by the looks, and save some money by staying here.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but the people above me were very loud. Again, not on the hotel.

The staff were kind and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and felt fresh!
The TV didn't work/no TV guide or handbook. The bathtub stopper didn't work. Other than that it was good!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The carpets looked and felt clean. The fridge was clean. The microwave was clean. The furniture looked good. The TV was in great shape. The price was of such that we wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again. Also, our main purpose for this trip was to go to the Museum of the Rockies. It was only 11 minutes (3.5 miles), from our hotel.
In our bathroom was a picture that was next to the tub. The picture had obvious water damage along the bottom. As nice as everything else was in our room, that picture brought the concept of the quality of the hotel down a notch. Also, it would be good of management to look the bathroom over and do a nice strip and re-caulk of the caulking in the bathroom.

The staff were nice.
The hotel is right on the highway, and you can hear vehicles all night long. The hotel's orientation means that no rooms are separated from the noise. Not a great place to sleep.

Location was fine. Check in was pleasant.
We were gouged by an outrageous $300+ price because it was move in day at local college. The hotel was in poor repair, smelled of bleach, and over all worth less thn $100/night. They got us this time but we will never return.

Very Good
Everyone was nice, breakfast was great. Rooms were comfortable. I liked that you could have juice and cookies any time. The pool area looked nice but we didn't get to use it.
The hotel was a little run down. The carpet in the hall was stretched out so much that it made a bit of a tripping hazard.

Clean sheets and comfortable bed
I didn't like the really strong scent of deoderizer on every breath. I had to open the window in 90 degree weather. The shower/bathtub didn't have any cold water. Had to take a scorching hot shower. The hotel is right next to the highway and really loud throughout the night. Poor quality for the amount of money I paid.

We stayed two nights. Kids ate breakfast.
We were not pleased with the breakfast. The waffle mixture was watered down and had no flavor. The scrambled eggs were flavorless. Dissatisfied in general with the breakfast. Luckily there is a MacDonalds next door!
